Nice location from our restaurant
All the TV channels did not work

It was convenient. It was pretty clean. It wasn’t bad. It was OK.
I ate dinner with my son in the restaurant service was very slow and for two people to be charged 20% gratuity, I won’t be eating there again. Didn’t like $75 a day for incidents didn’t like to have to pay $10 a day for parking. we’re not downtown where space is limited.

We stayed there for 12 hours, I feel like it was overpriced for a late booking and the breakfast wasn't hot. We paid for the convenience of being closer to the highway to get back home Minnesota. There was nothing special about it, it was an overpriced hotel.

The hotel has a really nice ambiance. The restaurant was nice & very clean. The manager seemed to be genuinely helpful. Very nice hotel.
Called before booking to see if pool was open and was told yes. The pool was closed down in the middle of the evening before we could even get in. The TV wouldn't turn on in room and we had to wait over an hour for the maintenance guy to come and fix it. I didn't like that there was a $10 charge to park.I would expect to pay for parking in downtown Chicago but not Oak Lawn. The manager said she would discount some of the stay due to the inconvenience of not having the pool open, but did not happen.

Conveniently located in a great area within walking distance of a nice little pancake breakfast restaurant. Close to my family that we were visiting.
The property was a very nice place I have no complaints.

The room in location we're okay
When I paid for this visit ahead of time,
This room Was supposed to have a microwave in the room and it did not!
I asked had to go down to the lobby to use a small college size. microwave, that took 10 minutes to warm food up.

I didn’t stay there. They said I didn’t have any reservations.
I waited at the reception for an hour and nothing could be done about it until I had to leave.
I hope my card is not charged.
Thank you.

Nothing, I liked everything

Very up to date and clean
The charge for breakfast was ridiculous and extra charge for milk for the cereal is insane to me. Also to pay for parking. I feel all these extra expenses is not necessary

When I checked out there was confusion about my room number. The front desk manager accused me of staying in a room I didn't occupy.

I did not like anything about this property. I requested a refund within an hour of checking in.
Property was very old looking smelled like mildew room was very old carpet was wet windows were peeling..bed was not made up .. as if someone slept in it. customer service terrible general manager on 3 o’clock shift to 430 shift was rude. Didn’t want to compensate me or even try to fix or hear my problem. Call the police on me and hurt me kicked off of the property with my children. would not allow me to sit and wait for an Lyft on the property because I requested a refund. on the date of 03–20 7–24 check in time was 3 o’clock I was checked out by five

Loved the service at front desk both when checking in and checking out.
Our room- we booked for a king but received a queen double bed room. The hotel was sold out of king rooms upon booking (unbeknownst to me) and Booking.com was unable to reflect the available rooms on their website- per the front desk when I asked.

Location was in proximity to a family funeral.
No ADA compliance…
Requested room refresh, No.
Dispenser with no liquid soap for the entire stay…
Staff continued to tell me the hotel was at capacity.
Isn’t that a good thing?
Asked for two adjoining rooms. Request not honored.
Hilton Oaklawn aka Bates Motel…

Location was great Family member at Christ Hospital
Ok, for the price we paid, was very disappointed that ur using 1 ply toilet paper. Maybe its not a big thing for U, but not acceptable when I stay and pay big bucks for 1 night
And I was very disappointed that there wasn’t a make up mirror in the bathroom
Last ur hotel can at least to have free breakfast
Thanks for listening. Hope u take my remarks and suggestions seriously
Never got to use my Hilton rewards, when I called them, told me no rooms were available.
So I went else to get a room there. Not happy about that
All in all our stay was what we needed, a bed to rest our head, From Michigan,

the room cleanness
The original price I saw on booking.com was $160/per room however we were charged $194/room. there was so much confusion on how many rooms we booked and all that. very inconvenient for my family.

Fantastic location. Friendly shuttle driver!
For $300 a night, buffet breakfast should be included.

Location, parking, and some managers.
Mold on the shower curtain, empty shower gel bottles, and stains on bedding. Complained to the manager and was able to get everything resolved. However, I’m never returning to a hotel who is negligent towards health and cleanliness processes.

Cleanliness is top priority for me during my hotel stay and I was pleasantly surprised.

The room was very comfortable
We only had a towel set for one person. There was makeup stains on the pillow cases. The shower head sprayed everywhere, there was mold in the shower area and no privacy sign as we stayed multiple nights.

only reason we stayed there was because it was convenient to funeral location
i stayed for 7days in that hotel. i have to keep asking for the room to be cleaned. when they cleaned it, it was half done. the front agent had the worse entitled attitude.

location and the young man who checked us is was very polite and helpful
first room we were sent to had not been turned over, had to go back to desk and get new room. curtains don’t close so soon as sun rises the whole room lights up. what made sleeping even harder was how loud housekeeping was (or how thin walls were?) woke to doors slamming, housekeeping yelling, toilet seats slamming down. woman at the front dest was busy talking on her AirPods, only words she spoke to me was “here’s your receipt”
