Excellent staff. Clean rooms. Fluffy towels and quality bed sheets. Soft pillows. Bathrobes were a nice touch. Free parking. Location in town. Drinking water in room.
Bathroom needs to be remodeled - a bit tired. Hole in window screen. The armoire takes up too much space and is not practical. Chair in room needs re-stuffing.

Perfect location in Vail Village. Great patio off our king suite
Needs better lighting in unit

Location
Advertising breakfast included and didn’t deliver. Also charged for parking but didn’t say in advance of arrival.

I like the location. The hotel, room and bathroom were clean. My room size was okay.
It was like a ghost hotel. All the gates to enter the hotel are closed after 9 pm. The manager at the front desk did not tell me this. Neither he told me that there will be a security code written on (notecard). I supposed to read each and everything at the card very carefully. So, I stuck outside for half an hour outside the hotel (from 9:33 pm to 10:04 pm). I tried all the numbers I had, and luckily somebody picked my call at around 10 pm. I dial 108 from hanging phone, as well as 970-476-5641. But only automated response. Then I tried a number written on their western door, again from hanging phone. No response. Then I used my phone to call all these numbers. And one of the number worked (written on the door). The hanging phone on their wall is junk piece of machine. Something seriously wrong with this hotel. Never seen in my life where the main entrance is closed most of the times. 9:30 pm is not very late, I guess for a tourist place. Then why all the gates are closed. There were hardly any staff I saw in my 4 nights of stay?? Nice experience. Will refrain myself to use booking.com also in the future. I dont see any benefit to use booking.com, when the hotels provided by them are not upto the mark.
Also, There were no paper filters to make my morning coffee. The fan provided in the room was very old and hardly you can feel any air.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Went above & beyond for us. Great location. Value for money!

The location was perfect. Being near a stream and the Gore Bike Path (the later literally in the back yard) was a plus. The housekeeping, front desk, and managerial staff were exceptional. The front desk was able to direct us to an out of the way spot that the locals go to in hopes that we would have a moose siting along with advice regarding the best way to see the back side of Vail Mtn, They were all above and beyond.
A lock on the wardrobe was clunky and the windows a bit dated. But in the grand scheme, that is nothing.

Location is the best. Within walking distance to everything. Hotel very clean, staff amazing, breakfast is usually amazing, but the cook quit the day I arrived. Pool is great, hotel very safe & Bavarian looking.
I love this hotel!
Could use an extra fan in the room, since it was a hot week when I was there.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Basement room. Very noisy! No view. Extra for parking. Only one cup of coffee available in room. Even for costly Vail, it seemed way too expensive for the room we got.

The lady running the breakfast room could have tried to be more accommodating.

hmmmmmmm? noisy out side. no air conditioning.

missed the flower boxes on the deck and free breakfast .

Door to the room was hard to work with, old locks.

The location was excellent, it was within easy walking distance to everywhere in the city. The staff was also really friendly and helped us multiple times. The parking lot right across from the hotel made it really comfortable as well.
The main issue we had was that there was no air conditioner in the room. On the website it says that there is an air conditioner but the fine print is where they disclose that there isn't one. We stayed here in June and when we got back to our room before sunset it was pretty hot in the room. It cooled down by morning but it made it harder to get rest.

Great location
It was old and outdated

Very nice waitress and very substandard coffee( no milk) and very oily omelet and dirty kitchen stand
Food, upkeep of inside ...very small and musty smell in room , breakfast

The location was perfect. We could walk to shops and restaurants etc.
The TV needed the national channels.
4.1
We liked the location, very walkable to a nice no car traffic mall with nice shopping eating and interesting things.
There is no signage on the outside entryway. So it was hard to identify upon arrival. In room the TV/tv cabinet were way below what I expect from a Hyatt property. Most importantly: The door lock and key arrangement is border line unsafe, The check in person said pull the door just a little and then turn the key. Well with much effort turning the key I did get it open. My wife never could. I tried the key with the door open and could barely get the lock mechanism to function as it should. This is a classic hotel and it is too bad to have the door lock detract so much on my perception of the over all stay.
