Good value, but the room was stuffy and lots of hall noise

It was still a good place to stay.

Breakfast was great. Location was good.

We were given the “handicap” room. No desk in the room and the shower head that was supposed to be both hand held and stationary was broken and sprayed all over the floor.

Noise control

The parties on the weekend nights are to close to the elevator shafts which inturn carries the sound up to the guests rooms via the elevator corridor.

The beds were wonderful and new.

Breakfast was okay and location was good.

Small parking lot. No value for the money. I paid over $230 for 1 night and the beds were so uncomfortable and the A/C did not work very well at all. I slept horribly and paid a lot less the next night at a different hotel and slept a lot better.

Blood spots on the bedspread, the beds weren’t comfortable (if I slept on my back then my back hurt in the morning and if I slept on my side then my hip hurt in the morning), the button on the outlet near the bathroom vanity popped when I plugged in my hairdryer and could’ve been a fire hazard, the counter tops were cracked and you could easily tell it just really needed some clean updates.

invalid suite. seems many reservations thru booking .com have been that way recently. not convenient and compromises the stay.

Overall good pet friendly hotel for the price you pay. Kept clean and tidy all over, decent free breakfast. Pretty quiet,nice helpful attentive staff. The BAD came up for Christmas to see my dad, winter storm hit with below zero Temps for 3 days. There was a bad water issue that arose with the plumbing at the hotel on Christmas eve causing them to move us to another hotel,irrating but what can you do. The other hotel they put us in was awful,again not their fault but just my experience. Winter storm and water issues aside I would stay again I can't beat the price for the location

Staff was rude at check in, made us wait 15 minutes while she helped someone in the parking lot, four of us at the desk waiting. TV needs to be replaced (pics included), microwave didn't work, lamp needed light bulbs. AND the bill is in my name with an address of Blue Lagoon Fl... I don't live there and never did. Last time I stay at CI's the last two stays with them within 4 months has been be disappointing with this being the worst.
