Convenient location, but that is all

Convenient for activities at the convention center

Breakfast options were very limited. You are charged $60 for any room damage (not just a $0 credit card hold). The facility is worn out for the price of a night's stay. Just seems that this place is getting squeezed for all the $$ they can get.

Close to the Airport and nice room

I rested my head here for a few hours before flying out. It had everything we needed. It was close to the airport anc restaurants.

Nothing to complain about. Just a suggestion for guests who need to sleep immediately to request a top floor room. Whoever was above me was very loud and must have been Square dancing or something. There was a lot of heavy footsteps and moving around.

It was within one mile of the event I went to. They allowed people to gather outside and drink beer. The room was good size with blackout blinds so I could sleep late. Restaurants and gas station were right around the block

They wouldn't accept a credit card payment over the phone after my card was declined when attempting to check in The rates were higher than normal due to the high priced event going on I wish the free continental breakfast was served a little later(6-9am currently)

Racist hotel

The area

The room was dirty staff was not only rude but racist as well made comment to someone outside that since I had had 3 different black men come to my room (all od whom were family,) that it must mean illegal activity

It was OK for the price, you obviously get what you pay for. For under $100 it wasn't bad.

It was clean and comfortable

The lady who checked me in wasn't very friendly, helpful. The room was pretty small (but clean and comfortable.) The breakfast provided was basically nothing.... toast, rasin bran, apples, coffee, milk... that's it.

It was not a good value.

Breakfast was only cereal, toast, or fruit. I received zero housekeeper service during a 4 night stay. The room was very cramped. I'm actually perfectly fine without those services, but not at the same price as much better hotels with significantly more comfort and service. For only wanting a clean place to sleep and shower, it should have cost much less. This was not a good value.

Bedding was thin and uncomfortable, barking dog next door, staff was not friendly.
