Excellent decor and atmosphere. The service was awesome without being over the top. Great price and location.
The room and shower had a slight odor but were clean otherwise. There was no notice beforehand about the $50 fee per room. There were signs for a vending machine on my floor but no actual vending machines.

$25 fee daily fee for spa, gym, and pool I didn't use. Maid service was poor, no refills on bathroom items or coffee station. Poor lighting and poor a/c.

Didn't have breakfast.
The temperature of both rooms were to warm, and this was October. I can't imagine how bad it would have been during the summer. Also the hidden charges added when I checked in for services that should be included in the cost of the room. "Maid services" which we didnt use, and 2 bottled waters we didn't drink.

The location and the staff were the best aspects of this hotel. Convenient and hospitable! Would stay again.
It was clean and the lobby was nice but I felt the hallways and other common areas could use more color and decor.

My room smelled like it used to be a smoking room

Nicely sized room and bathroom. Lovely hotel foyer. Live music playing. Very friendly staff. Optional valet parking.
Wish there was a small refrigerator in the room. The beds were small for sharing.

Well. Outdated. Trying to hard to be uptown. Decent but blah!!! Rooms were tolerable. I am a world traveler and pretty selective about where I stay. I do really on Booking.com input from fellow travelers. I do not recommend this hotel. Better places in Albuquerque than this to stay at half the price!!! Location was ok. I did like the parking garage. But, a little spooky no one around anywhere. Staff was decent, not rude. Just indifferent. Nothing special or unique about this hotel. Misses the mark in my opinion.
Read above. It was just nondescript for the price expected more. No one in the lobby at all. We arrived early evening. Absolutely nothing going on. Dismal. Cleanish. Just no uniqueness to set it apart from the other downtown hotels.

Great location to walk around the city and grab something to eat and adventure off . Spacey rooms and open bathrooms and on time staff that complete special request !
There wasn’t any self parking guard at night for a hour to let us in

nope… good stay

The room was nice but it was hard to regulate the temperature for the room at night. The room was spacious enough for my spouse, my two children, and my self to relax after a long day at dance competition. The bathroom was spacious and the bathtub was huge, which I appreciated.
There wasn't much we didn't like other difficulty regulating the temperature for the room at night. It seemed to stay a little warm for our liking but the staff were so nice and the room was super nice.
