Big Room.
Hotel was middle of remodeling. Construction Vehicle put a white mark on my passenger door. Hotel hot tub now working, water dirty. Pool was not heated. Construction Material took up most of the parking.

Location only. Everything else was bad. Worse Hilton we've been to.
The hotel is under major renovation and there was no notice, no apologies at check-in and no discount for the major inconvenience. We will never stay here again, even after renovation is over. Staff weren't sympathetic or kind. Also, the hotel advertises being pet-friendly but doesn't have any grass anywhere and is surrounded by asphalt, in New Mexico! Completely false advertising. We had to walk across a four-lane street, to another business, for our pet multiple times. The room was clean but worn out and tired. It's good they are renovating but they should either discount the rooms or close down until the reno is complete. Don't stay here.

The hotel tried to accommodate us by looking up our reservations, we could not find anything. They even tried contacting the other ones to see if maybe our reservation was over there, but it was not. When we contacted booking.com The lady behind the desk tried to help us and they hung up on her too.
We didn't get to stay there because our reservation didn't go through. Contacted booking.com, and they kept hanging up on us. The short time they did talk to us on the phone. They said it was a computer issue and hung up again. When we called back again, we were told we would get refunded and booking.com hung up again.

It was in a great area for restaurants and shopping.
It was to high for what you got.

It had a construction area right next to it. It was awkward to find the location. The parking was bad. The hotel needs to be updated.

Great location, very clean, staff was friendly.
Pool was out of order, wasn't advised of that at check-in didn't find out until the whole family came down to swim and then found out it had been closed for several days. Disappointed kiddos.

Location was nice, clean, comfortable.
Food/drinks are very expensive.

Super clean and private! Slept great 😅
The pool was down and there was no forewarning when I booked the room. Other than that I have absolutely zero complaints. It was very comfortable and peaceful.
3.7
food was adequate. Ordered off menu
Service was AWFUL! Server was disorganized and slow.

restaurant and bar

easy to find
noisy, freeway location, run down, tired place

The room was the perfect size. Nice size TV and nice size bathroom
The bed was hard as a rock, very uncomfortable! The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The main issue was the parking! I had to park at the sketchy apartments across the street. I've had better experiences at the cheap motel 6!

Very comfy bed and very nice room, extremy friendly and helpful staff
Continental breakfast was just ok

The room wasn’t filthy.
They charged me $200 for one night and made me pay for breakfast, staff didn’t speak English and didn’t seem trained.

On the night we arrived we were assigned a room that had never been cleaned. We were given a different room and in this room the fan on thA/C never turned off and was very loud, by this time it was very late so we just tried to sleep with all the noise. On our second night I ask them to look at the A/C after 2 hours it was fixed so we got to bed around midnight. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be back.
3.7
Bar/grille - room was nice & best shower I’ve ever had in a hotel.
The A/C was not working properly. The fan ran continuously, but the air was not cold. There is significant freeway noise, so the fan running did provide white noise to help drown it out.

Location is good. The staff were nice.
I didn't get my request for disability accommodations, such as a bathroom with grab bars and accessible shower with bench seat. I also asked for a room close distance to an elevator due my mobility problem. I also fell due to my shoe getting tugged in the carpet and had to get help in getting up due my prosthetic leg.
