A great low fuss option for the area

Rooms were exceptionally clean.

Good place to crash after a hard day's work. Would stay there again.

David was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and confortable. Shower was excellent. Fridge & Microwave in each room. Convenient ice machine. Quiet location.

No coffee that we were aware of. Ice machine scoop missing the 2nd day. Wifi very poor in room 207.

If I can't trust the Booking.com rating system, I can no longer use your services! Say goodbye to me

At needed location. But Booking.com rating was wildly inflated. This location should be rated no more than a 4. Probably a 3.2 to 3.6 is more like it.

I selected this property based on location and the Booking.com rating. I had to make last minute changes to my travel plans for health reasons. I have been a Booking.com member for years. But if your rating system cannot be trusted, I will not use your services again. If as, you show, this property is an 7.6 in your system, I would need to stay at a property rated at 15-20. Your system only goes to 10! The property can't fix this. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Needed bedside tables and lights and toilet seats that fit might help but it would still be a cheap poor location worth about $70-$80/ night, not the $181 + that I had to pay.

Comfortable beds, clean room, plenty of space, friendly and helpful staff. It was great to be able to park right in front of the room, and they had a couple chairs out front of every room to sit out on the porch when the weather is nice.

No coffee maker in the room, or even in the front office. so you have to go off site to find coffee in the morning. Seems kinda petty to complain about, but I like my coffee in the morning.

It was adequate and worked for my trip with an unexpected snowstorm. up to

easy to find and close to where I needed to be the following morning. It was quiet. It had a nice TV and refrig.

The room needs to be painted cool relaxing colors with a coordinated bedspread and drapes. ( blue/navy) was disappointed I did not have free wifi.

The cost was okay, a little bit high. The front desk guy was very pleasurable and accommodating. The parking was good (right in front of room).

Bath water was luke warm. Was looking forward to a red as a lobster bath after a long drive, but had to settle for warm. The bedding had holes, probably from smoking, which the room smelled like (stale smoke). It was very plain, needs updating immediately. The TV/cable would be nice if the guide worked so we didn't have to switch channels to see what was on because it was very slow to react.

What breakfast? Location was great. Room was clean. Employee checking us in was polite and efficient - very nice.

Didn't like the over head light in the room. Would like lamps by the bed so others can sleep if you want to read. Also prefer to have a hair dryer supplied in the bathroom.

In February, I stayed at the Budgetel. I'm so glad I did. The price was amazing, and the room actually looked better in person than the online photo. The bathroom, the bedding, the floors - everything appeared so fresh and new, as if recently renovated. The room was warm and comfortable, it smelled odorless, the wifi was excellent, and everything worked. I will definitely stay there again. The location worked well for my friend and I. It was close to Cole's Woods and Inside Edge Ski and Bike in Queensbury-the reason for our trip. There was also an authentic Mexican restaurant, La Cosina Mexicana. There are more good restaurants in downtown Glens Falls. I will visit all those places again. The proprietor at Budgetel went above and beyond with service. After I left some belongings behind, he even contacted me and sent them back. Incredible!

Excellent service last year we needed a room last minute and they told us come on down we got a room for you. They answered all our questions and even showed us the room. We come back here every year. We are on our 2nd year love this place.
