Breakfast was good and predictable
The room I was issued is at the end of the hall, next to a utility room. There was a constant thrum from that room for my entire stay. This room should be unissued unless the hotel is totally full.

very good bed
we were in an accessible room, but there were no support bars or easy sink access. Door was very difficult to open. there were no luggage carts available to assist moving in and out of the hotel. very tough with mobility issues

The comfort, the breakfast, the comfortable bed.
We were put on the 3rd floor directly under the 6 rooms of guys having a stag party. We phoned to complain around midnight about the stomping noises. The fellow at the front desk let them go use the hot tub so we could get to sleep. That was great until about 2-2:30 when they came back. We phoned the front desk to complain again. He apologized and said there was nothing he could do except move us to a different room. So at 2!30 am here we are packing everything up and moving up to the 4th floor, but at the opposite end from the parties.
Why didn’t they put us in that room to begin with? He knew who was in those rooms above us,. We asked for a room on the 4th floor and the front desk said they had no rooms available. Well, they did at 3 am. I was shocked there was no compensation for such a miserable night. This happened once in England and they gave us the night for free. I guess a 4 hour night of sleep is just fine with Hampton Inn.

I always enjoy staying at The Hampton. Some are fancier than others. This Hampton was a little more on the basic side, but it provided all our needs and was was very clean. All the staff were very nice. The food was fantastic. Give a shout out for their cook. There was an elderly lady eating at the same moments as we were. The cook extended her services to help the elderly lady in getting what she wanted. Respect for our elders is always a positive plus. The pool and hot tub looked inviting except it is right beside the check in counter and lobby, I am not comfortable being on public display so I didn't use the pool or hot tub. Overall we had a nice visit and would stay again.
The minor hiccups we had were with booking.com. I had reserved a room the day before. Check in was not until 4pm. We arrived at 4:30 my information had not been received. Even with the confirmation number my room was not listed for the non refundable room. After a few moments of conversation, the manager gave me a number to call. As I was trying to enter information in the phone our reservation finally arrived (almost 5pm) and we were able to check in
We got to the room it had a shower not a tub. Strike 2 I had specifically reserved a room with a tub. Strike 3 was at check out, I asked for a receipt but couldn't get one because of third party booking.. I have not received a receipt from booking either. 😕 From now on I might pay a little extra but I will call the motel personally to book my rooms.

The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent
One bed was like a marshmellow-too soft. The other bed was adequate. I would have liked two comfortable beds. I was glad for the couch in the room.

They started coffee for us at 5 am because of our early departure. Lovely outside patio area. Recently updated and looked lovely. Nightlight in bathroom a big plus.

The property was clean, comfortable, & the lady who checked me in had exceptional customer service.
It was a little out of the way for what I was in town for. But it was still within a 10 minute drive.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety.
They were short-staffed so timing was a bit slow.

When my daughter unfolded the couch bed there was a tshirt and wrinkled, old sheets. There were also whiskers and hair on the bathroom counter when we arrived.

We Did not like the Breakfast omelette ,scrambled eggs in the other Hampton inn was a better option other people that morning said the same, but everything else was very good.
