Proximity to Silver Falls, to restaurants, Silverton community.
There is nothing I didn’t like about this property!

The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable.
I booked this room because there was 3 adults and 3 children. On booking.com the room was listed with 3 queens, which the hotel does not have. It's actually a suite with a king and queen. So my grandson needed to get a roll away, which we had to pay for. Well the roll away was never delivered and my grandson had to sleep on the floor. The office closes super early and we did not have a number to reach anyone. The next morning I recieved a call at 7:30am to apologize and was told we wouldn't be charged for the roll away. I was a little surprised that they didn't discount the room even a little bit for the inconvenience. This is not an inexpensive hotel, customer care should be a priority.

Nicely decorated rooms and clearly remodeled. Felt like a spa or boutique hotel.
Our room, while very nice, didn’t have a table or desk for dining in the room.

The location was great for exploring downtown.
Older complex in need of updates. The furniture was oversized for the room. Beds were ok but too high. A little expensive.
3.0
The amenities in the room, nice to have a freezer available.
Very noisy at night , folks coming home late, thin walls .

There was no supplied breakfast, but the restaurant breakfast and dinner were both excellent, above hopes or expectations. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were best ever, and the flooring with rugs were perfect

the room was like an ICEBOX! the heater was the craps!!!!!!!!!

There was no breakfast offered.
The manager is frankly a very rude liar and not only profiles people but assaults his guests with his dog if they knock at his door, he lied saying no rooms were available to extend my stay and after I checked here there were more than five rooms available to which I booked one for three days to extend my stay and the manager harassed me as I was checking out of the other room rather than talk to me once checked out the banged on my door very loud and though I heard them clearly they acted as if they didn't hear me say "just a moment please Ill be right there" and they kept banging loudly saying "occupant!?!?"... Im disgusted at how they treat disabled people and lie to people losing money for the employees of their hotel by turning down extending a stay because of profiling which I will look into filing a lawsuit about.

A very short walking distance to town. It was a very comfortable bed.

pet friendly with clean and comfortable beds. full kitchen had all we needed.had a problem with shower and they were very responsive. I made a mistake with booking and able to stay an extra day but in a different room and they let us move in as soon as room was cleaned. restaurants within walking distance. beds were very comfortable and clean. liked the rocking chairs outside. able to go to Silver Falls and Oregon Garden.
limited parking and no ice machine but they did provide ice from the on site restaurant . property is a bit out of the way from main freeway

The hotel allowed pets, and location was convenient to what the town had to offer. The room offered a kitchenette, studio-style. We stayed in a room with two beds, one of which was in a separate bedroom and the other of which was in the same room as the kitchenette.
The hotel felt like an old apartment. The ceilings were low and the television was small and far away. There was very little natural light. That was true even though we were on the second floor. Even when you just want a place to stay so you can explore the surroundings, it still would have been nice to come back to pleasant accommodations.

The location right downtown was perfect. The women at the main desk were very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioner was pretty loud. The shower/tub needed a grab bar or something. I almost fell.
