Nice and convenient for visiting family in oak grove.

Especially friendly staff and patrons

We were too close in #25 to the steps where other patrons sat outside when smoking.

Hostess not the mostest!

Not a thing,

The staff was very rude, lie about pets, the main office was a horrible hostes. I was trying to get out of a abusive relationship & she was so very rude I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever!!!

A place to sleep for one night - would not have wanted to stay longer.

Price was reasonable.

Older property in need of upgrading - shower/tub unit as well as walls had poor patch jobs. Bed was older mattress and rather saggy.

Unlikely to stay here again unless all I need is a bed

Staff was friendly Room was clean

Refrigerator did not work. Lost all cooled items in my cooler. Not only could I not put them in fridge overnight, I could not refreeze blue ice to keep food cold the next day. TV remote barely worked. One glass shower door off it's track. Too heavy to move. My room was close to road. Very noisy

The bathroom was very nice due to it being Handicap accessible. And clean for the price 👌

The room was 100' from the main street and the traffic was very bad. Plus the curtains didn't close completely and thankfully I had a paper clamp that did the job. I went to the front desk to calmly ask for their support but I was told to contact the app. Pretty much telling me to deal with it. The people at the front desk were pleasant. If I wasn't stranded and didn't have any other choice I would have demanded a refund/replacement.

Home away from home

I liked how comfortable the bed and pillows were and how just the room was very cozy. My experience there was very satisfying in all ways with, of course, the excellent customer service. With these combinations makes it a wonderful stay experience. Thank you staff.

Everything was calm and peaceful. Provided excellent services and staff was friendly. Only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom and not enough towels. Otherwise it was great

Expecting the Ritz? Go to the Ritz. This is a basic, functional place to stay.

Location to where we needed to be in Oak Grove was excellent: few motels in areas allow pets. The room HVAC worked very well to keep the room a comfortable temperature.

Road noise was at times a bit loud during the quiet of the night as we were near the front of the facility, though room-to-room sound insulation was very good. Could have used a little more cleaning detail (soap bar in tub), but not bad overall.
