worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

the room was absolutely disgusting. there was bugs in the tub, the whole room is outdated and disgusting. worst hotel room ive ever stayed in

Would never stay here again

It had a kitchennette

Although the hotel is smoke free the room smelled like cigarette, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the AC didnt work, the night staff Maria was rude. You had to ask for everything at the fromt desk like plates and dishes although its advertized to be a well equipped room. They only give 3 towels although there were 5 guest which were preciously booked. The laundry room people put their clothing in my dryer. The place felt unsafe. The hallways were SUPER dirty and the breakfast was horrible

Friendliness of staff.

My phone didn't work in the US. I thought it would be easy to get airport transportation. It was stressful waiting for a cab after the lady at the front desk called a cab for me using her own phone. This is not your problem but the city's problem. There needs to be an easy way to arrange airport transport for guests without cell phones. I know, it is the way the world is now, but there should be an easy backup when cellphones malfunction or a customer doesn't have a cell phone. Also, please supervise cleaning of rooms. There was men's shaved hair on the upper left side of the sink. Last, the toilet did not flush. Reported it to front desk.

Avoid at all costs

Are you kidding?

The property is in poor state, one of the liftnis broken ( it's apparent due to violence) the surroundings are infested with drug users, the corridors smell of weed, the bath tub is corroded, the staff do not know even if I paid the full payment upfront or not.

I wasn't stayed in this hotel for a minute.

This place wasn't meeting the expectations for several reasons; 1- once I got at the entrance door the bad smell said welcome. 2- the place looks like nursing home not a hotel. The staff are friendly, but the hotel wasn't welcome. I wasn't staying , I was asking for my refund. I didn't even let my family to come in. This hotel is terrible...

Everything except the staff, the staff are working very hard and they are professional.

Leroy worked hard to get me a room away from any noise so I can sleep well

The breakfast was lacking and the coffee was taken away at 9:30 would be my only suggestions to change. Yes for $100 a night I can stay other places that have warm food.

It was ok. Best part was the lovely check in lady and location. Dated and broken elevator made for difficulties for spec

Location. It was close to the theme parks, shopping and restaurant. The front desk staff was lovely. I was checked in by a lovely woman.

Dated. The elevator was out of order entire trip and I had five children, luggage, and a special needs child that I had to carry up and down the stairs the entire time. We saw a few roaches. Shower pressure is TERRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Beds were not the greatest. No utensils, silverware, basic supplies. Four towels for a family of six.

Ok. except location the entire hotel experience was worst.

They dont serve breakfast. in the name of breakfast they gives just snack bars and coffee.

They did not gave me the room as per pictures.

they gave us a smelly double room, it smelled like dog poop. when asked for a room change they did not have double bedroom. We had to sleep on a couch bed. Hope that booking.com will give us a refund for this down grad in room.

Had to change rooms 3 times because the smell of the rooms Someone tried to enter our room early in the morning & if we didn't have the door latch on, they would have been able to come in WITH A KEY The so-called "breakfast" is a quaker oats granola bar & tiny pre frozen muffin They were no dishes/utensils/cookware in the kitchenette

I was on the second floor too noisy the were people stumping on the floor above me all night & morning the people next door you could hear them arguing @ 6am walls too light there was dog hair all over the chair and bed some of the lights didn’t work

location. close to airport and arena.

it smelled like it was closed up. and it could have been cleaner. the carpets where gross and there was mold or mildew in the bathroom.

Very old and dated, musty smell in the room. We had an early start so decided to stay close to airport to get a good nights sleep but we had issues with noise and people running up and down corridors banging on doors. My kids were scared and we all couldn’t sleep. I rang down to reception and was told it would be dealt with and nothing was done. The walls were so thin we had to turn up the tv to drown out the noise. There were also people smoking in their rooms. Complained again following day and was told they would make a note and that was it, no satisfaction.

it smelt bad, there were bugs in the room, it was tired and the second bed in the family room was an old broken springy sofa bed. We all came out with insect bites and felt grubby. The wash facilities were really bad and mouldy and there was no bedding for the sofa bed

we were evacuated from a beach front hotel in Treasure Island. We were hoping to be close to the airport but our flight

AC unit was too quiet, no option for a fan so it was too quiet, would have loved to have white noise to help me sleep
