Déception

L'emplacement de l'hôtel au bord de mer. Incroyable. Le calme. Et l'espace agréable dans la chambre. La salle de sport est magnifique.

La piscine était fermée 😞 les enfants l'attendaient avec tellement d'impatience. Ils ont été très déçus. Pour le parking, j'ai dû payer à l'arrivée quand on a débarqué les valises. Puis on est allés manger à l'extérieur et j'ai dû repayer une seconde fois 😞 je peux comprendre que le parking soit payant mais ce serait bien d'offrir une validité de 24h. Les chambres sont déjà très chères, je pense qu'un parking plus abordable pour les clients ne seraient pas du luxe.

Has been better in the past

The views are always amazing and the staff is always pleasant.

The rooftop bar was closed, and they said their was something on their site about it, but my other half and I looked as well as another guest who complained. I couldn't find anything about the bar being closed. One of the perks to going here is that the rooftop bar was an amazing place to go. The ice bucket had a bag of old water in it that smelled horrible, so it had to have been there a few days, and the mattress had multiple yellow stains. I have stayed here before and will again, but this time the room wasn't as clean, and the bar killed it for me personally.

Restaurant was very good, the burger was excellent

No regular parking, only valet parking at $25 per day, didn't expect that - but service with the valet was good

Disappointed

The location and the view are wonderful.

The restaurant staff were unattentie. We actually got seated quickly and then it was like we were invisible. No one ever waited on us. We finally just got up and left and they said have a nice day.

The Julian restaraunt and hotel bar the rox were amazing. The shower is big enough for groups to shower in which was amazing. There were some issues like the toilet paper holder was sort of falling off the wall. The views were stunning watching the sunrise in the am just sitting in bed. Definitely coming back.

Most of the staff was pretty helpful. Very polite. There were one or two that seemed to hate life. Asked for coffee and received an attitude. The rest of the Stagg members were great.

Book your stay there. You won't be disappointed.

This was my first time there. It is located within minutes to downtown Tampa, the airport and all major highways. The entire staff from reception, housekeeping, servers, bartenders & valet was courteous and pleasant. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable The decor modern yet functional. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. We're definitely going back.

It actual location is little hard to find and the on off ramp is quite narrow. I have a large 4 door Sedan and it was a challenge getting in and out at times.

no proper door on the bathroom, good service from the front desk but poor and slow service from the Julian restaurant staff and the bar and coffee areas. the pool was freezing, perhaps look at heating?

Restaurant/bar manager needs to be more hands-on.

Check-in, valet, were great. Room was great. Coffee bar and restaurant staff rude and disinterested in working. Gruff if they had to make coffee!

We travel a lot for soccer and I will have to say this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed for the price. The view,

it is new, modern and a great value for the price.

the drinks at the bar were abnormally expensive. $16 for a simple glass of house wine is not really acceptable. I also wish there was a cheaper sit down breakfast option available.

The food in lobby restaurante for dinner is not the best and overpriced 906 room next to mine have a dog barking the whole night Rox roof bar not available because sold out party The staff is respectful but not smile at all.

Good price for a modern nice hotel. Parking was available but only by the valet

The view ,beautiful sunset, the roof top bar, modern smart facilities

Couldn’t check in until 4pm. Check in lady wasn’t not very welcoming and a bit aggressive Quilt cover not ironed. An odd hair in the bathroom. Poor level of toiletries such as shower cap etc

I would recommend anyone to stay here

I loved how beautiful the hotel was decorated. The hotel is VERY modern. The pool was absolutely amazing.The breakfast was delicious.

I think the dinner prices are a little overrated. Very expensive and very basic.
