I wouldn’t stay again.

The fishes

Had roaches , don’t give refunds or change rooms. Pool was out and elevators was in work. No email about that. Not worth the pay. Had bad experience. Bad way to spend a 30 birthday with the family.

エレベーターが4台ある割に効率よく動いていないところ。混雑時は33階からロービーまで降りる為に10回くらい停止した。

The location is great, rooms are a good size, staff are lovely. Onsite self parking is convenient.

The rooms are individually owned and quality varies widely. We arrived after a long flight to a room with tattered curtains, badly stained carpets, a musty smell, and damaged floors. I was not comfortable to even take my shoes off. When I queried the condition of the room the person at the front desk was very helpful and we were able to move to a room in somewhat better condition but we never should have been sent to a room in such bad condition on our arrival. The first room was so uncomfortable, it started our trip on such a bad note. We have stayed at privately owned units in the building on previous trips and we love staying in this building, so this experience was disappointing.

Location was great.

Rooms were VERY worn and dated. Soiled carpet and furniture, damaged cabinet finishes, etc. We’d rented two suites and neither looked as nice as the photos online.

A hidden gem

We loved the space and how it was a self contained apartment. The location was great, only about 400m from the beach so it wasn’t overly noisy. The front desk workers were truly lovely and assisted us where necessary. The pool was warm and the two spas were also nice (maybe a bit too hot) my daughter also loved the kids playground. The coy fish were the largest I think I’ve ever seen too. The pink line trolley is also a very quick walk down the road which was very convenient.

Even though the property states the room is serviced every 3 days, twice we had to chase them up on day 4 to be cleaned. Once they didn’t make one of the beds. The curtains should be replaced as they are splotchy and don’t really keep the light out so you wake up with the sun. One bed was comfortable but the other was very squeaky and uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely thin. Even though it states Ocean View, we had tower 1 right in the middle of our view so it kind of ruined the whole ocean view idea and was more partial view. First few days we couldn’t use our balcony as someone close to our room was smoking weed constantly which was unpleasant, especially with a 4 year old. Overall, I would stay here again since these things were not deal breakers. The staff were beautiful and so helpful. Thank you for having us.

Good place for 4 days!

Good location, 2 blocks from beach. Easy check in, helpful staff. Room worked but is "tired". Nice view. Nice to have the kitchen. Great pool area and 2 hot tubs with different temps.

Elevators are very slow. Plan this in if you are trying to leave at a certain time for anything.

My only complaint would be the bed. It was so uncomfortable. But hey, you can’t beat the price of view.

The customer service was the absolute best! Very helpful kind and happy. They offered suggestions and always cheerful.

Maid service could have been more often. Maybe more modern furniture. Take out the old carpet.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Friendly staff. Easy check in & out. Barbq Grill area, play ground, pool, hot tub and sauna. Spacious room that can close off to the rest of the unit with full kitchen, which was great, and living area with a pull out sofa bed.

No restaurant in the hotel although they do have a mini store which sufficed. Daily Resort fees and parking fees add up real quick.

Great for couples on a budget!

The staff, location, and amenities were all awesome! One or two blocks away from the beach, lots of bus stops nearby, and beautiful atrium! We also stayed with another couple in the same room which was possible because we requested a suite with one bed in the “room” and a sofa pull out bed in the “living room” which we sectioned off with the rolling dividers, so it was a GREAT value considering there were four adults in one room with some privacy!

It’s just a little outdated (which we didn’t mind because it was all clean!) and the pool and hot tub were always busy with children, but we kind of expected it!

I would not stay here again - very run down.

Having space to spread out - we have a suite style room. The view was nice.

The room & facilities needed to be upgraded a number of years ago. The fridge door had cleanings stains on it, some of the dresser doors woudn't open, and we found a dust covered bathroom vent cover in the cabinet under the sink. The curtains had been taped together as a way to mend the holes. The elevators took a very long time to get rides up and down.

very unmaintained sofa bed was broken , the stove didn’t work and the staff seemed lazy and didn’t want to really do their job , I called housekeeping for more towels and was told she was in lunch for 2 hours and I could go to the lobby to get some myself

wouldn’t stay there again

Switched rooms once cause of a bad smell. Screw sticking out of chair that scratches my daughter and made her bleed. Cockroaches were on the carpet and there were hardly any utensils. Fold out couch was very uncomfortable thin mattresses. Over heard another guest at the front desk saying he walked into someone else’s room.

the property was clean, great location and loved that all the amenities were close.

the beds were the worst I’ve slept on. I ended up on the couch a few nights during our stay. the elevator really proved we were on Hawaiian time - they should really have a service elevator.

overall I would book here again the view was not too bad and everything you needed was provided

there was a buzzing noise all day and night by the balcony door. I don’t think it was construction if it kept going thru the night.

I would not stay in the same room again.

The location was excellent! Unit spacious, well-equipped kitchen, great views. Laundry, small convenience store, pool (we didn't use) - great bonuses!

The unit was so outdated! The carpet was dirty, and so worn out! The couch and armchair were so filthy we could not sit on them. The mattress on the bed was so thin that I could feel metal coils on my back when sleeping. The widow curtains were also dirty, had holes in them, quite frankly, disgusting.

Great views. Close walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

I loved the conscience to the beach and the parking availability. I felt safe in the area since I was traveling alone.

The furniture was older and needs updating . The bed was quite lumpy.
