Was very nice. Would stay there again.

My original room smelled like cigarette smoke and the smoke alarm battery needed changing. The young man at the desk gave me a different room which was much better.

The hotel did not have the right room for us! We called twice to confirm our room since we were traveling late. The staff really didn’t care that the room was not big enough for 3. They wanted 3 people to sleep in a full size bed. It was raining and late they said to get a refund and try another hotel! It was past 10pm. The room had an odor and 1960 carpet. Horrible experience.

This is a comfortable, clean, convienent, and welcoming place to stay.

The property was very clean and kept up on. Landscaping was very sharp and fresh at all times! The location was a perfect distance to shopping centers, food, and TPA airport!

There is nothing I can say I didn’t like about this location

It was ok for a night.

The WiFi was bad. Weak signal and dropped. Not only with computer but on a phone.

The kitchen was useless. The sink was basically behind a wall that you had to reach somewhat behind to use.

Nothing really it was nice only thing is the room don’t have a microwave but I ate out almost every night so it didn’t matter to me .

Nice hotel for his value of money!

The hotel was clean and nice and the staff very kind and helpful

The breakfast time was really early, (6-9 am and for the weekend is too early, should be until 10 o 10.30 am on the weekends! )

My daughter had her interview at Tampa

Staff were very helpful and nice

The room was not good and door key card did not work due to which we had to go to the office again and again to change the card key and the worst thing was that the windows of this room were broken due to which we didn't feel safe, also the bathroom was very small, we didn't feel good staying in this hotel.

Bra rum på ett lugnt hotell, med gratis parkering nära rummet

Frukostbuffén var helt ok. Det fanns goda pannkakor. Området är lugnt och man kunde sova gott utan några störningar. Rummet var mycket rent och fräscht.

Den sista morgonen skulle vi avresa tidigt och var vid frukostbuffén kl 06:00 när den skulle öppna. Då fanns ingen personal på plats och ingen gröt och inga pannkakor. Det dröjde 10 min innan det dök upp en personal och innan vi kunde få pannkakor var kl 06:20. Tyvärr hann vi inte med att äta det vi önskade denna morgon.

We enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back in the future.

There was breakfast included and it was pretty clean with no loud guests in the middle of the night.

The hotel room smelled a little weird but not bad? We got used to it. Maybe it was cleaning products or something. But also, the air condition unit was right next to the bed, super close, and when it was on was intense but when it went into energy saving mode, it only blew out humid air making it hot. So there were 2 extremes of being hot and cold.

nice location friendly and hard working staff clean environment food and stores convenient

no info on TV channels no info on where the fitness room was. Had to ask front desk which was ok but thought it would be provided in the room. Room was clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. dishwasher was not working right

Was not too bad and the value for money was pretty good,

The room was fair enough for our purposes. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was not too bad. The room itself was farily clean.

The room was a little bland - no night table on my husbands side and no where to hang up clothes. There was no safe and the windows were dirty. Not many restaurants within walking distance. No airport transfer.

Booking.com did not advertise correctly especially the King room with 50 Meters squared.

I didnt like that booking.com misrepresented that the room I booked was 50 meters squared. The property claimed that there was no such room. The resolved the problem by offering me a free upgrade. Booking.com has to now compenate me for the inconvenienced caused.

More vegan options for breakfast. The pool should be heated as it may have been. It was very cold in Tampa

the location was very good, the view from the room was nice. there was a kitchen with all the appliances, two comfortable beds.

the breakfast was a big disappointment, there were products lacking as if it was not well organized; the price-quality rate was bad

Poor soundproofing of the room, thin door, you can hear the freeway and the voices of talking neighbors outside..
