Creek
Room beds not a clean place to many spiders

Pool Side Cafe had an excellent hot, cooked breakfast.
Metal box bedframes flexed and created loud noises as you slept.
3.8
I loved the pool area and the beds were super comfy
No room service
No breakfast
3.8
The room was spacious
The carpet felt sticky and disgusting, the shower felt slimy. My balcony view was very disappointing and not what was described online. It faced a parking lot and the roads. Not a creek. All I heard was the road and all the motorcycles and rice burners.
3.8
There are multiple pools and the location to downtown was great!

Nature, the pools, great hot water for showers
There was no microwave in the rooms if u wanted to heat something up u have to go to the office… I hate that the embassy is so close it takes away from nature and a lot of the wildlife although we did see a bear poor thing was so hungry I do feel like they should do something for the wildlife. maybe dig the creek deeper add fish or something
3.8
Close to everything, pool jacuzzi comfortable bed
3.8
I liked how close it was to town
I woke up in a middle of the night to at least a bug on me it was dark so I have no clue if there were more and honestly was afraid to find out how bad the bed bugs probably were

ROOMS WERE DECENT AND THE RIVER RUSHING OUTSIDE WAS AWESOME 😎 GOOD VALUE
IT WAS LONG WALK TO TOWN .... ONLY CAUGHT TROLLEY ONCE 😔 THE OUTDOOR CHAIRS WERE HORRIBLE
3.8
The picture of the rooms is nothing like what it is in person. It looks like the pictures online are cropped and doctored. The description says queens beds but it was only full size beds. It’s very outdated and the price we paid for 1 night definitely wasn’t worth it. We will not consider this motel for any future stays.

Location is good, price, pool, creek all was good
Needs updated

Room was stinky. The floor wasn't clean. Was out casted for having an extremely very well behaved and clean dog. But the room smelled of pee and poop. From other pets.
Cleanliness

Location, very blain room, no art work and the bathroom could be cleaned better on the floor and corners, no microwave in room.
3.8
The pools, location and price
No microwave in the rooms

The pool was nice, indoor pool was nice, hot tub on a cold weekend, loved our balcony over river, loved it was within walking of strip with places to eat and entertainment , first time staying here and staff were nice, older hotel but clean and comfortable for the price. Single mom on a budget who just wanted to make memories
No parking!! Had to park more than 2 blocks from hotel in another hotels lot, not happy about that. Construction across river was very loud, loud noises at 230 am sounded like garbage truck picking up dumpster , no microwave in room, old stinky carpet in room
3.8
Good location away from town
Not enough parking spots. We had to park around the hotel away from our room. Not near the nice pool, ours was very small. Beds were not a regular queen sized. No breakfast included. Dog was barking below us during the day.

Only positive about this place was that we could walk from the lodge to every attraction we had on our to do list for our honeymoon road trip stop in Gatlinburg. The sky bridge is a must to check out even if your scared of heights the view is breath taking and it's just about a 10 minute walk from the lodge to the lift to the sky bridge.
Well for starters on what we disliked: We picked this place to stay because of the pictures of the beautiful balcony with a river behind it and some trees , well yeah there was a small river and a few trees ...... Along with a massive construction site that promptly resumed construction at 6 am..... Honestly that was very disappointing, but if those were the only issues I would have rated 7-8 because it's not the Lodge's fault for the construction, but for those misleading photos that need updating. But that wasn't even a problem compared to how unhygienic it was. As soon as we entered the Non-smoking room a smell of nasty stale cigarette smoke just hit us in the face. The lamps had what must have been years worth of orange brown gunk buildup along the inside of it along with a couple spiders and a complementary cob web coated in dust . Found ash in the corner of the bathroom and on a bed too. The whole room just grossed us out. Slept on top of the blankets just because we could not trust if someone had actually cleaned it there was ash on the sheet. the bottom of my white socks turned black from walking on the carpet hopefully it was just dirt but who honestly knows how nasty that carpet is. You can have an outdated room and still have it be clean ! Like come on 😭 I don't wanna be rude but, we would probably never go back unless they completely renovated the rooms and kept the rooms clean preferably no ash or cigarette smell.

I loved that the room over looked the creek. I could even hear it with the door closed and that was wonderful
The room had no microwave which was a thumbs down expecially with the kids. The bed was uncomfortable but maybe I'm just too used to my expensive mattress at home.
3.8
We loved the pool and sauna area. Very clean and warm towels available to use. Clean rooms and hot water in the bathroom/showers.
No microwave in our room was a thumbs down especially with the kids.
3.8
clean
bathroom very small
3.8
location was good
No hot water in sink, hole in bathroom door, tub pealing, black mold in bathroom. huge crack in front door could see daylight. walls seemed dirty, hair dryer was melted.
3.8
The jacuzzi and fireplace
We have stayed many of times and loved the Creekside rooms because of the privacy but now all the trees are cut down by the creek and they are building another place back behind it so it’s not secluded anymore. Parking was awful. We had to park up the road away from the rooms because there was not 1 parking spot open when we arrived back to our room after being out in the town.
3.8
We had an inconvenience in our trip there but once there they helped us in the most way possible
3.8
I liked the indoor pool and hot tub.
the hotel food was not very good at all, the room smelt like cigarettes that our clothes smelt like cigarettes. The bedding was hard and hard to sleep with.
3.8
we liked the indoor pool, cafe, rooms spacious and clean
walking outside after pool to get to room
3.8
It was as described. The room was priced accordingly to location. The bed/room was comfortable, and very close to the indoor/outdoor pool and bar. Parking was very easy as well. The rest of the town was a very short walk away and even had a trolly to drive people around. Access to breakfast was also easy and convenient, but I recommend going early as its a popular location and attracts a line out the door. The national park was very easy to access from this location.
The electrical outlets were semi-functional, possibly a fire hazard. There was a weird noise associated with the sink drain and other rooms. There was some sort of exhaust fan or intake fan directly outside the room that was constantly making noise, although I am used to city lift. They didn't mention how friendly they are to military anywhere on the site and I wasn't aware of the discount, and when I asked the front desk, she told me to inform them prior to purchasing. This was not an option from the website, but maybe a phone call if someone really is interested.
