Okay place

I liked that the location is across the street from the beach, has WiFi, & small kitchen area.

I did not like that there is not enough on site parking so they have free parking on another block requiring leaving my car out of my eyesight & walking to it when I want to drive somewhere. Plus, the cleaning of the rooms needs to be better.

Good place for vacation, serves its purpose and pretty clean

Super clean, aside from stray toilet paper on the floor, a couple hairs on the bed, and a crumb in the couch.. overall, not a big deal. Super quiet after 10 pm, which is good and everyone is respectful of that. The place serves its purpose, and only a block from the beach. A few feet away from Starbucks and the OC Rum Shack! beach is less crowded down this way also.

Cleaning staff showed up at 10:30 and knocked and then shoved keys in door to try to open when i didn't open it quick enough, which again, not a big deal, just a little weird.... especially because you don't know if someone's getting dressed or not. There was probably 2 or 3 mins in between the knock and the fidgeting with the key and the lock trying to open it. I didn't open at first cuz i was unsure if it was our door or next doors. Either way, check out is 11 am.. not 10:30, so just a little odd. Probably just a one off weird thing with the cleaners, especially because of the holiday.

Welcoming, clean, and a wonderful location

The number one thing I liked was the price! I spent just over 900 dollars for 5 nights, that can be a hard find. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, they offered extra things such as towels or ice with no fuss. They also explained the rules very plainly and simply. Everything was easy to follow. The room was spotless and smelled refreshing, especially after our LONG drive to Ocean City. It is also an easy and walkable distance from the boardwalk and the beach. It was quiet at night, and it was in a nice area. BONUS - There is a Starbucks right outside of this place too. They were also able to give us a second-floor room that I requested, (we got our room from the year prior! That was exciting.) Overall, the location, staff friendliness, value, comfort, and everything else were top-tier. Also, free parking for one car. That is something you don't wanna miss out on.

If there is anything to complain about, it is how small the parking area is. Thankfully, when we arrived there were a few spaces available, but I imagine they fill up sometimes. So I was a bit worried about leaving and returning and trying to park again. They could have a solution to this that I don't know about.

Good location for the beach and boardwalk

The parking lot itself was really small and not big vehicle friendly but there is parking avaliable on the street and an additional lot on a different street.

Clean family run motel offering no frills service within a great location.

Property is close to the beach and boardwalk with many great options to eat and drink nearby. A CVS was one street behind us which was great. Our room was an end unit on the 2nd Fl.The beds were ok enough to get by for 5 nights. Clean and updated enough for our family of 5.No frills kind of place. Housekeeping available but at your request. Office personnel were great to deal with whenever we asked for something. Location and cleanliness make this place a recommend.

On a couple of nights it was noisy after 12 am inside the unit. Parking is tight at the Motel.I recommend parking and leaving your car for the duration in the lot. Everything is in walking distance. Otherwise you have to find the offsite lot when it’s full.

The parking is very small. Can't fit a pick up in lot with other vehicles. Over flow parking is in the dark.

Comfortable, cozy stay

The staff were nice and helpful, despite the craziness of bikers week. I'm glad they had an extra parking lot that was relatively nearby. The free snacks were nice addition

it was a terrible experience

there were bugs in the room, there was a terrible smell, two men were talking loudly outside the room I am a woman and they were very creepy and talking about me and my body I shut my door after getting home from dinner and they moved to my balcony sears right outside my door with just boxers on - i packed my things and left an hour after checking in - it was very sketchy and the beds were super uncomfortable even to sit on - wouldnt recommend

The front desk staff were super nice & very accommodating as they let us check in a little early since we were already there for a few days prior. The room was clean, the location was great, even the coffee from their keurig was great !!

Doors are a little sticky however, not a big deal, will definitely book again!

Door was an interior door without a deadbolt or peephole. I bought a security bar, since I was in the corner without any security.

Room was clean, good location, and front desk check in went very smoothly. I didn't use the kitchenette much, but it had a very modern set-up with induction cooktop

Nice place in OC

Good value for a last minute stay in OC. Staff was very friendly. Room was larger than expected. Room was very clean as well.

TV and cable was unplugged. Took about 10 minutes to get all cords situated.
