Don’t go there ,

Nothing. Team rudeness was awful. I forget my wallet at home and the manager is as not willing to find other solution for the deposit (no Apple Pay, no cash, no online) The only offer he gave - I can cancel your reservation , very bad service

You would expect much more from the Westin brand.

The location is convenient if you don’t have a car. Rooms are dated.

Watch out when booking this property. The location is downtown, prepare to pay an extortional rate of $49 per night for mandatory vip parking not advertised in the listing if you plan to have a car. The towels are old, feel like sand paper. The “coffee bar” in the lobby consists of to household grade kuerig machines with cheap, generic pods.

The location it was directly across from my event.

The pillows in the hotel smelled like cigarettes and were extremely flat and old. For cost of the hotel, investing in decent pillows is the least they can do.

it was a very nice stay despite not offering no sugar soft drinks

very nice and pretty hotel. I love old architecture and this was very nice.

I am a diabetic and disabled and I was very surprised to be told by staff that the vendor machine had no diet drinks for such a nice hotel. my stay was brief and late at night and I had to walk 5 blocks to and from to a get a soft drink late at night. I think I would mention to the management to suggest no sugar items. it won’t affect a future stay tho.

I was very dissatisfied with their customer service.

hotel was nice

when we ordered room service they didn’t let my wife add or replace some items so they made order two separate plates. Plus a ceiling fan came loose on shower ceiling and hit my head I asked if management can come check it and no one ever came, I asked if it was safe for my wife to shower but also no one ever came. I was never asked if they can do anything for us, if I was ok, nothing they just let me check out inconvenienced and hurt from my head I had a small lump on my head. I was very disappointed on how they handled the situation I was just told that there was no management or maintenance on site. I spent over $1000 for both rooms very sad that I was treated like nothing.

where to stay when going to SAP for a night

we went to San Jose from LA to see Depeche Mode. they played at the SAP around the corner and left in the morning. for out needs perfect. amazing beds I never slept so well. we go t a small room for one night only as well as the ladies. hey we are seniors still traveling to see our favorite bands

funny thing. it’s right me Original Joes. note for next time the hall way down stairs was so long until I saw myself waving at myself. greats staff

Good. We felt very safe.

The bed/mattress was great. The pillows were to long and somewhat stiff. The top sheet/cover was quite uncomfortable and ridged. The Staff was very friendly and efficient.

We were visiting San Jose State University and it was close to the campus. The rooms were comfortable.

I could hear our neighbors conversations. I would have preferred a hotel that had a better ability of sound deafening between rooms.
