We didn't even stay there because they had NO RESERVATION FOR US! THE ROOM WAS PAID IN FULL. I EXPECT MY MONEY BACK. WE SLEPT IN THE CAR. I DEMAND A REFUND. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.

The manager today was on duty from 8 am to 11 PM. That’s just wrong. Guess someone called in sick. DO BETTER AND HAVE A FULL STAFF AND ORIOLE TO FILL IN. Ridiculous

Very disappointed

The pool and the gentlemen that worked swing shift.

Dirty room, broken shower, exhaust, light. No bedding. Only 2 channels worked with sound and they were kids channels. Only adults in room. Night clerk was completely rude for absolutely no reason.

Worst stay ever

Nothing.

The shower I found out leaks into the office when I had finished a shower after first arriving I exited the shower to find a man(front desk staff member) in my room standing there telling me my shower is leaking into office below. Which in my birthday suit I told the man I dont care get iut of my room. After getting dressed I went to front desk and they did not change my room so I guess the leak was not that bad. Maintenance was in my room two other days for the leaky shower saying im the one causing it by getting water on the floor.The beds had cigarette burns throughout the bedding and the pillows were flat. The hallways and stairs were stained and dirt everywhere. Staff is unbelievably the worst I've ever run into, they appeared high, loud when they are on break talking with other staff, vulgar, disrespectful and messy. The laundry and vending machine area was dirty. One of the laundry machines was broken. The microwave was filthy. The GM who i have run into before at a slum motel that is now closed is absolutely the rudest person I've even met besides her bf or husband who's a manager there too that she brought over from the old motel. The coffee that was suppose to be every morning was not there we were told it's on back order.

Behind the bathroom door were a pair of dirty boxers .. on the side of the bed there was sticky soda when I asked for someone to come clean it noone showed up till the next day late afternoon. Then she barely went over it and cleaned the rest of the floor and made it worse sticky wise my feet were sticking to the floor ... there were no screens on the windows ... beds very uncomfortable

Great location and value!!!

It was close to the venue and girlfriends apartment, mattress was just the way I like them and they had ice available.

That the pool wasn’t ready to be used, yes, it’s an outside one.

Reception employee was warm and friendly

Cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom light switch faceplate was disgustingly filthy. The noise from other rooms was annoying.

Over-priced, poor amenities, loud, poorly maintained (window screens on many units bent), loud.

Bed comfortable, room generally clean.

Way over-priced. No coffee maker, refrigerator. Very noisy, people next door and above, cars in parking lot just outside room. Much poorer unit than the others I've used on this trip.

I liked my room but I think the outside of the motel and around needs work.The carpet inside was dirty and worn!

We have stayed at this Facility several times before. The changes either by Ownership or Policy are beyond disappointing

Location was perfect, Room was clean.

Card Keys we’re constantly failing, causing my Wife to wait outside while I traversed the property to get another key card. Room was previously a Single Queen and had been converted to a Double Full Beds shoved against the walls. Microwave and Refrigerator were removed.

Clean, comfortable and reasonably pleasant for the price and location. I would rebook here.

Room was essentially clean and had the usual minimum items. This is Motel 6, and I was looking for a very basic accommodation given my conference schedule and activities. The staff was very patient and friendly with my needs, which involved frequently having to reactivate my building access and room key. Check in and out was very easy and efficient.

The room heater did not put out the needed heating for the room despite my changing the fan settings and thermostat. The sensitivity of the room keys. Despite keeping them isolated and in their protective pouch, the keys frequently deactivated requiring multiple visits to the office for reactivation to gain building and room access. The free WiFi, although convenient, was quite slow and frequently disconnected me from my work which prolonged my documentation. Frequent McAfee pop-ups which were difficult to remove and would occupy the center of my screen.

Price for the stay was good, location was away from the major activities to have some quiet time but close enough to town that everything was within 15 minutes drive

Bed was harder than ours at home, it was difficult to get comfortable. Our room was non-smoking but the bathroom reeked of stale cigarette smoke, likely in the vent or the paint on the walls. Smelled like someone chained smoke in there with the door closed
