No breakfast or cleaning services for the room while we were there. It would have been nice to have 2 sitting chairs in the room. The front desk help was most friendly and helpful.
Not enough seating in the room other than on the bed. No notice of the room not being serviced each day we were there.

The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was big and the bed ok. There was a small fridge and microwave.
We had a room in the back towards the highway and even with doors and windows closed, we could hear the traffic.
There was just one office chair near the desk in the room and no other chairs at all in the room ! There was a big empty corner where they could have placed a comfortable arm chair .Our room description said there was a coffee maker, but there was none, we had to go to the reception area to get one. There was alot of animal fur on the floor, it stuck to our socks, the floor would need a good vacuuming and washing.

The staff was very friendly and there were plenty of smoke buckets.
People staying around us were loud but there wasn't much the staff could do about it. At night the staff did ask one of our neighbors to keep it down because it was getting late. I would have liked a second chair for the desk so it would have been more comfortable to work while staying at the hotel.

We ended up seeing a cockroach in our room.

nice people and quiet area

The receptionists are super nice and helpful..
Housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms properly. They only replace the towels (which I don't use). I'm here for 6 months and I hope I don't have to sweep/ mop my own room nor clean my bathroom...

Location is phenomenal!
Love that pets are free
Obviously a very old building, they're trying to renovate it. Might want to start with the showers. I didn't have enough eater to rinse my hair out. And I don't have thick hair.

This place is infested with bedbugs! Not to mention the drugs deals.

Location and friendly staff
A bit noisy from highway traffic .

location. The hotel has a lot of Potential if some effort was put into it.
The rooms. No parking. Trash all over around the place, inside and out. Both bed comforters had stains. The floors in the room weren’t even cleaned. Room 305 had holes in the doors, and the walls. Bath tube didn’t even work. And the bath Essentials they provide for you were good for one person.

The rest of the staff was ok
The male housekeeper was rude

location and access to other businesses in the area.
the room was not clean. there was visible grime on the laminate floors from lack of mopping/cleaning. windows had a film on them. Both beds were old with a large “pit” in the center. even felt as if the frame that supported the mattress was broken. Will never stay here again and I canceled the reservation I had at this location for my return trip home and prepaid for a more expensive location instead.

The room was clean.
.The beds were obviously old and uncomfortable. The wallpaper was peeling off of the wall. I chose not to use the shower as there was no bath mat for the bottom of the tub.
