We would stay again. The location was good for us.

t was clean

our room smelled of cleaners, the bed was less than comfortable.We ask for a handicap accessible room and received a handicap friendly room.

besides the cigarette ashes and bugs, everything else was great

several dead bugs above the bed and in floor. we hung our wet swimsuits on balcony and the next morning there were cigarette ashes all over them from someone above us smoking, this was very upsetting

Nice facilities and pleasant staff but won’t stay again because we couldn’t sleep due to noise.

Nice facility, recently renovated.

Noisy! The first night a family was above us and kids running across the floor till midnight. Second night a tour group arrived. Our door was directly across from the elevator and thanks to a 2” gap under the door we heard yelling and laughing till past midnight, resuming around 5 am when the “early birds” started filling their ice coolers from the ice machine, located just behind the elevator. We couldn’t find a way to turn on the usual ac unit fan which we use in other hotels to mask sounds.

Location, easy to get in and out. The the facility was clean pool was nice the staff was amazingly nice the warm cookies were great coffee is very good the layout of the places amazing we will stay here again

Other than dirty sheets the rest was decently clean.

The breakfast was great and the facility looked great.

Upon pulling the sheets back it was obvious the sheets didn’t get changed on either bed there was hair and dirt specs in the bed. Just smoothed over. When I called the front desk they brought me sheets to change the bed.

Great location and good night’s sleep!

The location was away from Pigeon Forge congestion. Nice pool and fire pit. The lobby and room was well appointed.

The continental breakfast was poor. No fruit, no oatmeal, no bagels, no nuts or granola, the sugary yogurt offered is extremely unhealthy. The eggs offered one morning were fair. The toast selection was just white bread. It seemed people were enjoying the waffles but they didn’t seem to be concerned about healthy choices. The coffee pot was constantly empty. I realize it must be costly to run a hotel and offer breakfast but I think we have enjoyed much nicer selections at other similar hotel chains.

It was eh...

The bed and pillows were comfortable and I loved the hair dryer. Loved the 24/7 coffee and cookies. The gas fire pits outside were lovely but the chairs had no cushion so you were sitting on far spaced metal bars... which really hurt. I enjoyed that it was not too crowded even though Pigeon Forge was packed from spring break and a car show.

The balcony has nothing to sit on. The bathroom in the room is so small with the sink being outside of the bathroom and very small counter space on it. The TV was bright... so bright it hurt my eyes. The light on the balcony is auto and cannot be turned off. The rooms were not that clean, hair in shower and my kid found a pill on the floor. The maid knocked once at 4 pm on my 2nd day and opened the door without announcing herself and I was in the room in my panties... awkward. The breakfast was ok. Missed things like bananas, cream cheese or cheese that most usually have. The indoor pool was ice cold. I tried to enjoy it 2 times but it was miserable. The appearance of this hotel is nice but it really was just ok and not worth the money I had to pay. Also you can hear every door that slams.

Convenient location

Floor is loud. You can hear people talking. Hotel doesn’t have proper service. Don’t have basic supplies, wanted some wine glasses and they didn’t have any. I was told that breakfast closes at 9:30. No proper movie channels.

Would recommend and come again. My daughter loved the inside pool. Fireplace in room- EXCELLENT!

Breakfast was good. Area was perfect for getting to where we needed fast. Fireplace in room- loved!! Staff was friendly and great environment.

The only thing I was not please with were the beds looked used. Covers were filled with little black hairs once we pulled the bed down, so it was either from someone who stayed before, or housekeeping.
