The location is good but that location at the same time is being used by drug users or even dealers. I didn’t feel safe

Nothing. It is full a drug dialers and drug addicts. Do not go there!

Same day of my book the manager contacted saying that only cash was accepted as payment, which is not stated on this app. I think they are trying to avoid paying taxes this way or something is going on. I didn’t want to look for another option last minute around that location, so I stayed and paid in cash.

The location was good

The attendant was so rude.I only pulled a pay Two hundred dollars she made me put a two hundred dollars Deposit down and Show me one of the whole thing cash as if you can't use a credit card at all these days That was crazy.I see it was very rude.I wouldn't go there

overall a very nice stay

the property was clean both inside and out. the room looked like it has been updated in the past few years.

the cable tv was a bit difficult to switch to. when you turn on tv it goes straight to apps. the internet didn’t work well and had to sit by the window to get any service

Very good

Nick went out of his way to accommodate us. we had some issues with our bank, as we were overseas, and he helped us get checked in and settled. He also went out of his way to help look after our luggage as we had a late night flight out of LA.

Disappointing

I've been there three times, and this was the worse one yet. Hotel is in a great location, but I will not be staying there again.

The water pressure was horrible, the bed was loud from squeaking, and I had to wait 20 minutes to get a key remade.

it was an ok stay, don’t know if we will return to this property.

it was very convenient and close to restaurants and attractions we came out to LA for.

The bed must have been an old spring bed because it was so loud and noisy and after a first night of sleep it really hurt our backs. - as we were walking up to check in, I saw the lady sitting on the lounge picking at her toes and feet, then came up to the window and asked for my ID - didn’t even use hand sanitizer before grabbing my card - very disgusting.

Wonderful room and good location, rude staff though.

The room itself was very clean, very modern, spacious, and well designed! The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was designed well, there was a good sized refrigerator and microwave, as well as a safe and a television. The location is nice for easy access to attractions, and it is tucked away on a little side street. The price was fair for the room and location.

Unfortunately the staff was rather rude. After the first night, our keycard stopped working so we had to return to the office to get a new one and the manager was very rude. About 15 minutes before checkout the manager called our room and was incredibly rude about checking out on time, even though we had another 15 minutes. The television in the room had incredibly limited channels so it is best to bring alternative activities if you’ll be in the room for a while. There was also no ice machine or outside facilities, but it wasn’t the end of the world. Overall the staff could have been much nicer.

Due to Blvd traffic it was noisy—lots of foot traffic as well. Noise foot noises from upper rooms. No HBO just local stations on TV.

Good for a bed but nothing else.

Location was near many local attractions, restaurants and landmarks. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The man at the front desk was nice.

Hotel is right off the main street so it was not very quiet. There were virtually amenities in the room, not even tissues or enough tp. The tv and internet connection was spotty and didnt work most of the time. There was hair in the shower drain and the carpet edge by the bathroom had staples or something that were sharp. The phone was old and we couldn't figure out how to contact the front desk. There is not enough parking for everyone at the hotel so when we got in late one night, we had to find parking on the street and walk.

Location was great area was great people in the area were. Room was very clean housekeeping was nice.

That you cannot have any visitors at all. Doesn't make sense to me I'm paying for a room for myspace but I can't have anybody over. Very disappointed I didn't enjoy the trip because of that.
