I was thoroughly disappointed overall

Location and convenience

Bathroom still had previous customers toiletries and dirty linens in it. Whirlpool tub was leaking. Light above whirlpool tub wasn't working.

Exceptional

The clean room, and very comfortable bed. Ease of check-in, and friendly staff. It was also very quiet, and peaceful.

Nothing negative really comes readily to mind. Everything was as it should be.

Old, tired, dirty, shower rod falling off, smoke detector disabled, outlets not working, no easy access to hanging rack and shelf (no closet),

Superb

I like to stay here. It's in a good location to get to places all around you. I like that they have a jacuzzi very nice to relax in one after a long day! A lot of the hotels anymore don't have them. The water is very hot too nice showers. The staff is very friendly.

Sometimes you get some shady neighbors that have different people showing up at their hotel room but just try to mind my own business.

Very poor

The hot tub was the only thing good about the room.

Even though it was a non smoking room, the smoke from chain smoking neighbor next door flooded our room. Whole room smelled terrible. Towels were stained. Bed was very uncomfortable. Would not stay again.

Terrible, do not go to this motel!

There was not one positive thing about this stay other than I had a roof over my head.

The photo of the red building is not the Inn, it’s a photo of a building across the street. The room was old, outdated, not clean, very cold and ridiculously expensive considering what they have to offer. Heat did not work, hairs and dirt on the towels, and the employees were upset that we pointed out these issues. We paid $199.00 for one night- was too much. The portable heater they gave us tripped the breaker so we had no power. We just left. It was awful.

Barely tolerable for one night

Not much to like except in a nice town and only ten minutes from Tanglewood and it was relatively clean.

On a busy road, very loud a/c unit.

When I come back to the area I would stay here again!

This motel has jacuzzi rooms and there are only 2 that I know of in the area that have them any more. These ones are even heart shaped. If your ok with older style not newly updated rooms. Then this motel would work for you. They also have roku TV so you can literally watch anything. Staff was also very friendly.

Very outdated. Some flaws. Can tell it is an older building with not the greatest maintance. But still had a nice bed, roku TV, and a hot shower. That's good enough for us.

Would not stay here again.

location only

in dire need of updating!! Some tiles on the floor were cracked and lifting. The faux leather chair was peeling. Rooms are very small. Concrete steps up to our room were chipped.

Never settle for less, you'll get hand me down

There was nothing to like.

No hot water, until a certain time of the day, dirty, filthy ,white towels. And the room smells old .And the TV you can't find a channel nothing is listed. Oh, the toilet you have to keep jiggling the handle so it could stop running.

Good thing it was only one night stay.

not much

non smoking room reeked of smoke. towels were not clean. TV cable box hanging down from the tv had to be placed on a ice bucket to make it accessible to remote , which didn’t work completely. All clothes in suitcase had to be washed to get rid of smoke odor. Disappointed in Booking. com carrying such a property.

Disappointing

Location was good. Staff was kind and helpful.

The room was outdated. Not enough warm blankets. Towels cheap. Bathroom was clean but tile floor was gross. Carpeting needed update, etc. Price was too high for what you get. Loud traffic

it was in the area of our visit

room in disrepair: scuff marks on walls, woodwork needed painting, chair in room was damaged and old, toilet ran continually, tv did not work . tried to call front desk to report from phone in room but the phone was not functioning. paid $200 and felt this was highway robbery for the condition of the room

clean room at a great price and really good location

room was very clean and had all the basics like small coffee maker,microwave and refrigerator.

towels were little old.

I like the location fine, employees were great, I had run in to old friends while I was there. close to my favorite stores.
