not bad at all great value for what it is would stay here again the coffee alone makes it worth it!

This Place was pretty nice for the Price I must say, they had a nice RF card system and offered both my and my guest our own card it made it very handy while we brought our stuff in, one guest had a bit of an issue with their car it looked like someone maybe an ex or soon to be Ex went at their vehicle with an Axe so we did see 50 on the scene at our check in and place kind of has thin walls there was a baby next door to use that fussed a little but it really didn’t bother us, we had a great time dancing at gas house dance hall this place is very close to that and they even had a Waffle House that we found near by on our way back from the dance, there are some things that could use some updating but everything was clean, mini refrigerator worked fine there was a community ice machine in the lobby and a pretty fancy coffee maker like it made expresso shots nice for no extra cost! I wouldn’t say it’s on the upper realm of star rating but for the price I am very happy with this place it was nice not super luxurious more simple ended but good value for your dollar they did not require any security deposit and there were no hidden fees maybe not the best part of town (you might get your car axed) lol but maybe that was just someone caught cheating likely it looked strongly motivated by something it wasn’t just like a ding here and there it looked like they were shooting a before he cheats video where the girl just went full Carrie Underwood on a Mercedes Benz with an Axe like there was big gapping holes in this thing and who know s maybe he drove it in like that too I didn’t see it happen but sure saw the aftermath and I was like let’s lock the door honey and the car just in case they come back for a round 2 never happened though we had a very nice stay would stay here again if we visit the gas house dance hall it is very handy to that maybe like 5 miles away or so.

the coffee machine is great it will make you whatever you want at no additional cost, we must have had our fill of expressos while we were there you have to do about 3-4 to fill a whole cup up so was a little annoying having to do it again and again to get what we wanted but there was no line when we got ours so can’t really beat it!

Every time i left the hotel i couldnt get back into my room wit my room key. front desk wasnt there to help & i was waiting for over 30 mins for someone to reset my room key for the 4th time

Single room that I booked had tiles on floor missing stained sheets on bed walls patches not painted and no closet.i upgraded to a roomwith two beds cleaner room Throughout our discussion the woman behind the counter never stood up made me reach through A small opening inorder to.pay for the cleaner room .she needs training or a different position.never again

Worst hotel ive stayed in.

The only reason i stay is location. The entire hotel is FILTHY!!!

People deal drugs in that hotel and hallways smell like marijuana. And NO ONE does anything about it.

Disappointing

Room was affordable and suitable.

Not the most cleanly. The other guest were very loud all night long. People yelling and slamming doors. It was trashy. Reminded me a bit of staying in a slum.

stuck on a weekend with an event that had reserved most of the rooms in town before I began looking.

Well . . . it wasn't filthy. The bathroom seemed new and was pretty functional. That's about it.

Terrible lighting throughout the room. Glaring fluorescent lights instead of useful bedside lamps with reasonable wattage for reading. Really bad. If I had to stay in a Knights' In again, I'd bring my own lamp. Loud noise from hallway also.

Room was paid for and we told the cashier we did not have an exact TOA and she took our room she told me was paid for.

The price of the room

Management. I called to inform the hotel we would be a few hours late but didn’t have an exact time. she told us she will push the check in back but the room was paid for all I needed was my ID. Then my fiancé was getting off the train and I was driving to find him and could not pick up the phone when the hotel called. I called the hotel back within 30 mins or so and they told me they rented the room to someone else and I could not come there now nothing was available. I told her we did not have a specific time we would be there we were coming from NY. We would have gotten there about 1:15/1:30am. This had us have to go an hour and half out of our way to find a new hotel. I will not be doing business with this hotel in the future. Total disappointment!

I knew I was booking a cheap hotel and it met my expectations for that. The refrigerator hummed constantly but that was helpful as white noise to drown out the noise outside and in the halls. The trash had not been emptied from the previous customer.

A distasteful establishment full of unprofessional people lacking the basic customer service skills.

The staff was extremely rude. There was no customer service it was what they said and that is all. No problem solving skills between the night shift clerk and manger.

They feel that they can say and do whatever they want without any repercussions.

Terrible. Avoid this place.

This place is a dump. Smelly, smoky, unclean, just total trash. The smoke detector in my room was literally hanging a foot from the ceiling on duct taped cord, beeping all night. I arrived to a fire department engine handling some emergency.
