Todo el hotel, en especial el lobby, el lugar que explica lo de la aurora boreal, el desayuno, etc.
La ubicación podría ser mejor.

Prompt airport shuttle. Great location. Breakfast was basic but good.
The tray on the sink was not that clean. I could hear people walking on the upper floor.

The location was great for arriving late. The buildings were interesting. We loved the museum and theater. Also loved the ice cream at night and breakfast in am.
We were in a room next to the elevator. We could hear it, every time it went up or down.

Breakfast is great like home meals! The breakfast lady is wonderful. The location is great. We are able to see aurora within one hour of our arrival. Very smooth to ride shuttle from airport.

The wooden cabin is cute and it has big fridge
There’s no WiFI in our room, zero signal. The hygiene is doubtful as I got allergies to dust and had bad reactions. The breakfast is the same EVERY SINGLE DAY. The amenities are very old and ancient, maybe older generations could appreciate them but we didn’t. Also for the special events mentioned on the website, many have extra charge. The s’more cost twice as much if you buy from the local grocery store. The location is also not that great because it’s in the middle of nowhere. Even through there’s a bus stop outside the hotel, the service is not very reliable. I will not choose to stay here again in the future

Great location. Minutes from the airport without being noisy. Bistro/restaurant next door. Facilities very old school and quaint. We were there in winter and walked on the frozen river and saw a pair of Moose.
Staff could be a little too laid back at times.

Relaxing and comfortable hotel. We always enjoy our stay.
Can't think of anything that could of been better.

The breakfast was just fine.
There was no specific thing that I did not like.

Wonderful artifacts from Alaska's past.

On the river, across from airport
Air conditioning did not work properly too far from town

I liked the location and the ample parking.

Service was fabulous, staff was friendly and helpful, lots of activities, fire pits, ice cream social, . Close drive to many things. Would recommend!
I liked everything- would have liked to see bacon or sausage for breakfast and potatoes with no onions but this was not a deal breaker.
4.5
Great location and nice views.
A bit of airport noise, but not bad.
4.5
great quirky hotel in a good location in Fairbanks
used as a base for the 5 days there
good breakfast included
thoughtful activities at hotel including a northern lights viewing conservatory to wait in when it’s so cold
only one restaurant close by pikes waterfront which was ok but the cocktails weren’t great- we drove to eat out other evenings.
the pillows were small and not comfortable at all

the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The interior really represented Alaska!
Building connected to main building. Had to walk outside to get to lobby for breakfast. only negative comment

Breakfast included. Free airport shuttle. $20 Shuttle service to Market. 24 hour coffee. Borealis wake up call.
No directory or information in the room. Didn't know how to call another room or front desk.

Staff were very kind
It was very hard to transport our luggage to our rooms

Amazing location. nice property. good service. very touristy feel. comfortable and pretty
the rooms were compact. There was no balcony in the room even when it was mentioned during the time of the booking.
4.5
A lit to do - ice sculptures, sledding, games, ice cream
not the most comfortable bed

Great staff, all around. Especially the buffet staff.

Breakfast was amazing and daily coffee and the staff 🫶🏼
That we could open the windows, air out the room and feel the fresh crisp air from time to time
Our room didn’t get cleaned the entire time we were there (4 nights) and we had to ask for extra towels and TP and throw out our trash. Not a huge deal but once would have been nice. I personally don’t like my room cleaned daily. We also didn’t report it bc it wasn’t anything important to either of us and we had no problem getting extra towels or TP.

Our visit got off to a rough start. We were unpacking when it occurred to me that our room didn’t meet the description of the one I’d booked, no balcony, no outside door, no river view. I stepped down to the desk and advised the clerk that I’d been assigned the wrong lodging. I showed her my contract from Booking.com. She said to move me to the correct room would require an upgrade which could only be granted by a manager. She summoned a manager. The manager advised me that my Booking.com contract was meaningless as Booking.com doesn’t guarantee a specific type of room. I pointed out that my current room assignment had no balcony and no view other than the parking lot. She moved me from the third floor to the second and assigned me a room that perfectly matched the description on my contract. It was all sunshine and roses after the tense mixup. As unhappy as the manager seemed I expected she’d find me a room right next door to a noisy garbage bin, but I believe she might’ve given me the room I would’ve selected if given a choice of the entire property. The property is definitely where you want to stay in Fairbanks. We’ve driven hundreds of miles while here site-seeing and searching for the Northern Lights, and I’ve yet to see a comparable property. The hotel is located right along the Chena River, which would be a real plus during warm weather. The hotel doesn’t provide maid service, but there always seems to be workers in the hallway who are friendly and willing to change out towels, which is really all that we require as we’re accustomed to policing up after ourselves and making our bed. The breakfast provided with the room is way above average. The workers there keep everything stocked and moving. Scrambled eggs, English muffins, potatoes with onions and corned beef hash are on the menu every morning along with cereal, yogurt, hot cakes and a slow cooker with oatmeal. Parking is plentiful and electrical outlets with each spot are provided. The sauna is a nice.
I can’t think of a single legitimate complaint.

They call your room when the Aurora is active. Great breakfast in the morning.
Only one dining option within walking distance.
4.5
The comfort of the room.
I was placed in a room near the exit and people were coming in and out of the building throughout the night, whereas I was not able to sleep comfortably.

Decorations and style reminds you of the grand hotels of early 1900's
Many areas to relax, from public to secluded.
Comfortable rooms.
Nice breakfast.
Very good value!
Hard to respond.
If anything, the restaurant prices do no match the web advertising. (twice as expensive)
We almost missed diner. (Again web advertises closing at 11:00 PM when in reality the kitchen closes at 8:30 PM)

The setting is quintessential Alaska with traditional furnishings, artwork and roaring fire places. Perfectly collocated with Pikes Landing where the food was excellent, Pikes contained everything for the perfect stay, including a team of super friendly and helpful staff.
4.5
Good location! Close to airport but no noise in room. Friendly staff, shuttle service excellent.
