staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and well lit, ventilation, and with many electrical outlets.
Only one person at the front desk with no backup. We had to wait 15 minutes for check-in. No smart TV. The shower is cramp. The trailer liked cabins has wobbly foundation with utilities running above ground between the cabins.

The room was comfortable. The jacuzzi was a nice plus. Loved the restaurant and staff who were infinitely patient with people. The site manager had a fabulous sense of humor.
The coffee was super expensive and not that great. There's nothing you could really do about this, but people should be aware that the mosquitoes are plentiful!

The property is close to the Denally National Park .
To basic in all ways. Only half clean. Personal working is unexperienced.

The restaurant next door serves really good foods. I ate there three times and found the foods to be of very high quality. The cabin itself is nice (although the aircon stopped working for one night).
Many things. First, I had sent a message to the hotel before I arrived in Denali regarding the shuttle pickup. No response. When I arrived, I found myself and a group of people stranded at the train depot. We tried calling the hotel but the number on the website is a central one (not the hotel in Denali). In the end, we managed to find the right number from the visitors center, called them, and after more than 30 mins and lots of uncertainty, we got picked up. The staff explained that this was there first day of operation, and so things were not as organised yet. Fine at this point.
Then we arrived at the hotel. The following day, I needed to go to a different hotel that was literally on the way from Denali Cabins to the visitor center, and they operate a regular shuttle there. They asked for $15 because this was not their regular stop, when they could have spent like less than 1 minute dropping me off. This would have been fine had there not been the shuttle incident the day before. One would think this is the least they could have done to make up for it.
The next day, I wanted to get to the visitor center during lunch which was not their hours, again $15 fee. So it is okay to not operate according to their schedule when the guests were anxiously waiting at the train depot, but not okay when they are the one providing the service? It is not even the money but the unfriendly and non-hospitable attitude. One thing to note though is that maybe this is specific to the receptionist Jason (I think this is his name but I cannot 100% recall), who was not helpful and always tried to charge money. When I talked to a different guy, he immediately said $5 not 15. Similarly, when I talked to another employee who was operating shuttle for a sister hotel that made a stop at Denali Cabins, she was very happy to let me hop without charge. So again, unclear if it was just one employee.
Equally importantly, the heater broke down. Twice on two days. It was very cold at night.

Location to Nat Park. The restaurant was better than cabins. Wonderful, great staff and food. Loved the convenient location from the cabins
The cabins were cold, noisy too small, no place to put anything, needs shelves by sink and hooks for towels in the room to dry.

The staff was very adequate but because the season was winding down they were more interested to discuss and talk about that then taking care of us.
Less talk about glad the tourist season is ending.

It was ok but I'm happy that they were open early.

The cabins are really cozy and comfortable. The firepit and open hot pool adds to a great experience of living close to a forest area. They have a restaurant on site which is nice.
The bathroom was really small, especially for a tall person. The hotel/cabins are about 10miles from the National park entrance where most of the restaurants and shops are.

The location and amenities were great. We loved having access to the hot tub and fire pit after a long day of hiking. The cabin itself was really cute.
The cabins are connected by boardwalks and when someone is walking past your cabin, it is very very loud. It actually shakes the whole cabin. We were in a budget room, so our building was split into two cabins. The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbor snoring all night. Plus any time they opened/closed their door, it shook our room pretty violently. I’m not usually bothered by noise, but this was at another level.

Lovely setting. Shuttle was very convenient. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Restaurant onsite was closed during a very busy last few days of tourist season and there were only a couple of restaurants open in town, which is several miles away.

Everything. It was nice and clean and had a nice coffee shop in the morning and a nice restaurant at night. The hotel had a very convenient shuttle that drives you to the town and airport. Melissa, the driver, was supper nice as well.
The front desk lady was not friendly.

Beautiful location.
Accessible to Denali Park
Friendly front desk.
Incredibly small room for a very high price.
Basically a bedroom with nothing but a sink, shower, toilet, bed and chair.
Over $370 per night - major ripoff
No accessible food - everything was closed.
No way to prepare any food either. Not a good place to stay.

good facilities, clean beds and room, hot water, natural surroundings, good location
quite pricy tbh; restaurant is mediocre

The location was about 8 miles from Denali National Park and away from the hustle and bustle of that area. As a result it was fairly quiet on the property during the evening and night hours. They had plenty of activities whether active pursuits to sightseeing for those who wish to partake. The staff was customer service oriented and very personable.
The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was cramped with toilet and a tiny shower. The top of the bathroom wall to the ceiling had a glazed plexiglass which let in light into the bedroom space. This led to not getting a good nights sleep as a result. The restaurant food was okay but it took an hour before it was served and was Luke warm at best when it got to our table.
