It was the cleanliness and the respect the employees gave us.
Not much. Just thought there should be more of a selection for the continental breakfast. Just had waffles, muffins , OJ , and coffee. I’ve been to other Econo’s and they have a lot more choices. Like eggs , toast , cereal , meats , ect.

Location was close to the mall and shopping, restaraunts. They also had a nice pool, but very small.
The room was very oddly set up. You basically had to walk over a bed to get in because of the closet. It seemed like the beds should have been on the opposite wall, but I think they didn't do that bc of the ac.

Breakfast was at very strict minimum

Was close to my event, close to shops and restaurants
Room needs repairs and paint, could have been a bit more cleaner, only option for breakfast was a waffle machine, orange juice machine was inoperative,so basiclally was just coffee.

My reservation was not honored because I was considered a local??

Not much
The wallpaper was falling off, and the floor had big gaps in it. The continental breakfast was just carbs. You have a choice of a Belgium, no fruit or whip cream to top it, or corn muffins that was it. There was nothing offered for diabetics to eat, no protein offered, when I asked if there was any kind of protein that they had not put out yet, the response was "No but you can go to a restaurant to get food". My grandson swam in the pool for an hour and came out with a rash all over his face that lasted for about 6 hours, which had never happened to him before. The chemicals must have been off.

Breakfast was poor
Not so friendly staff.

The person at the front desk was friendly, that’s about it!
Our room was filthy! food crumbs along the base of the tv stand/dresser. Behind the bathroom door was covered with long hair, the tub was absolutely disgusting. our friends across the hall had a dirty washcloth in theirs which means, obviously it wasn’t ever cleaned.
The pool was so over chlorinated that every single one of the kids in our group and there was 8, had irritated skin immediately after and still 2 days later. Red, rashy, and burning.
The bedding was horrendous! There is not even a legitimate blanket/comforter on the beds. My 9 year olds comment was “what even is this blanket? it’s like a piece of paper!!!” It was an awful, uneventful stay.

nothing
it was noisy, ceiling falling down, door handles loose, could just walk in the back door without a door key, drug deals and drug users in the parking lot all night fighting with each other, only thing they had for breakfast was coffee, could make a waffle or have toast

breakfast is instant coffee and powdered milk! that is the worst. Even if the food is poor, good coffee would get some points! the food choices were 2 or 3 prepackaged items, no fruit, no cereal. The only decent thing was orange juice.
There is no clock in the room, the "desk" does not have an electric outlet to plug your device into, the free "wifi" did not work! The beds are older than me I think and I was born in the 50's! The tub was not well cleaned and had make up and mascara on the shower walls.

the location was great, everything very clean, the beds was very comfortable shower was great and the breakfast was better than i taught, they have the machine to make waffles i love it.
the only think but was nothing actually, was the curtains in my room have the air condicionador at the botton so when was coming out the air keep blowing and open a little be my curtains but then i turn off my air was not hot anyway then was fine. maybe they should have a full close curtain besides that one in the back.that was just a detail because i can stay there again because everything else was very good.

Charged $120.00 in hidden fees. Room was not clean, blankets were gross, everything felt sticky. The AC didn’t work properly/had a filthy filter. Staff was rude about check out (even though we were checking out hours before check out time).
