Conveniently located, courteous staff, nice layout and décor, very spacious room.

Staff were very courteous and professional. The facilities were nicely laid out and decorated. The room was comfortable and spacious. Even though our room was a floor above the main entrance it was very quiet.

The only issue we had was cleanliness. I had to go down to the lobby to get shampoo because there was none in the shower. The bathroom in general was nasty. There was mold in the shower and between the shower doors. The hand soap dispenser and the lotion next to the sink were filthy and covered in hair. And there was hair in my daughter's bed when we pulled back the covers for the first time.

Friendly staff, clean hotel with large rooms and all thr amenities

I want to give Kudos to the two female staff on Duty Friday April 26th. Friendly, engaging and understanding. After a stressful day walking in felt like a fresh breath of air. The facilities are clean, rooms are huge and breakfast is amazing. If you like waffles or oatmeal, thier topping selections are abundant. I will be booking here again.

It was very good because your staff was nice and they keep the place clean

It was close enough to Lake George and there were plenty of things to eat nearby

They were doing work inside the bathrooms glazing the bathtubs, and the smell was horrendous Another day, the pancake maker was broken, because a guest touched it and ruined it The pool was not open our entire stay because they had to empty it and change the water and we booked because you had a pool that we did not get to use at all The mattress was way too soft and hurt our backs

Nice suite hotel. Good well equipped rooms and nice facilities.

The breakfast staff were rude, telling people to hurry up even though there was still plenty of time till the breakfast closed

Great price, comfy, clean rooms and awesome breakfast!

The location is awesome, being right next to the mall, and tons of food/shopping options all around the area. The breakfast was wonderful, with a huge variety of foods to choose from. My favorite was the Ham and Cheese Western Frittata. The beds and pillows are incredibly soft and comfortable and the room is huge! Water runs super hot for the shower too, which is a huge thing for me! My children really loved the pool and the breakfast as well.

The only thing I think that could've been better was maybe some new weather stripping under the room door? There was a really cold draft coming through that was howling all night. Truly was fine though, we just turned the heat up! That's my only complaint, and not even truly a complaint!

very nice hotel! beautiful and great suites for a little more space with the kids.

the suite was huge. the beds are confortable and everything is clean and nicely thought of and decorated. the are hot beverages and snacks available in the lobby at all times. we loved the game boards to relax in the lobby at night.
