I WILL GO BACK,

THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN,THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT,THE ROOM WAS BIG.VERY NICE AND BIG SHOWER,THE SLEEP WAS GREAT.AND FOR THE PRICE WAS GOOD FOR THE QUALITY.AS FOR FREE BREAKFAST,THE STAFF WAS ALWAYS THERE FILLING WHAT WAS MISSING, WILL BOOK AGAIN WHEN GOING BACK.IN ALL,IF YOU BOOK AT THIS HOTEL YOU WILL NOT REGRET THE STAY OR MONEY SPENT.

The room smelled like urine!

Nothing! The room had an odor of urine which was marked with the smell of carpet deodorizer. We went to Walmart across the street and purchased a hepa filter for the room. It was running in the red the entire time we were there.

A sincere apology and a feeling like someone actually hated that our room smelled so bad and that the bathroom was cleaned by us before we could use it. I cleaned The toilet bowl because you could see the line of slime%slick in the bowl. We came back to the room on the 2nd day to find that the bedding had been pulled up but the bed was not actually made.

The hotel was adequate but somewhat shabby. Furniture had lots of wear--paint scraps and sp;intering

Comfy bed, good breakfast and great breakfast staff, convenient location

Hall carpeting was filthy, breakfast room too small, no tissues in room, flickering vanity light bulb, trash on steps to outside, outside access card reader broken, patio table with large burn area, no printed cable tv channel listing, entire building needed an internal face lift

Would not stay here again.

The breakfast and pool were good. Location to all major tourists attractions were close in proximity.

The room smelled like urine and cigarettes. The bed was very uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle. We checked out a day before the original checkout day due the the cleanliness. Staff could care less and we had to pay early check out fee.

Great staff , great stay !!!

Staff is great , all friendly , very accommodating . Room was clean , bathrooms are nice , jacuzzi was relaxing !! When we discovered a issue with one of the beds , Nicki I believe it was at the front desk made the situation completely painless !! We were in another suite within minutes !!! Kids loved the pool , all around great stay !!

I guess if I have to complain about anything , and I guess I don't really have to , lol the mattresses are very firm , that is the only issue I had , by the second night , my back was definitely feeling the mediocre mattresses...

nice place to crash and close to Lake George

The room was clean and welcoming, the shower was pretty cool actually. And my friends and I enjoyed every bit of our stay.

The price was a bit much but because it was Americade weekend I understood why

Superb

Location, for sure. The Hotel manager was awesome and helped us out when our car battery died all of the sudden! On a Sunday ! A big thank you for your kindness really. Beds were comfortable, not noisy, good breakfast. I would suggest adding a love seat/small couch to the double rooms.

- Bleach smell was strong on the main floor due to the indoor pool. - Pillows were too soft

A good, clean, location for our extra long weekend stay.

The waffles were excellent and the staff was friendly and on top of keeping things stocked. A good variety of quick breakfast items.

The coffee machine left me underwhelmed.

Pros and cons but for a good budget, i will still go back.

I love how pleasant the crew was. Very nice and friendly and welcoming. I like how spacious the rooms are. Across the street from walmart was a great plus to the location as well as being only a few minutes away from the beautiful view of lake george itself.

Our whirlpool bath wasnt working and took several minutes of repeatedly pushing and holding the button to try to get the jets to turn on. Around the whirlpool seal there were spots of mold starting to grow. The ceiling was cracked and chipping away. Needed to be maintained and serviced.

What I didn't like was that the cleaning staff entered my room very early at 9 in the morning and the check-out time is at 11. The second thing is that the water in the pool is very cold. I would have liked it to be a little warmer. that the children could enjoy it more
