Checked in and had to check out within an hour because we were threatened by the guest and they had big fights with other people not us had an 80 year old woman with me and she was scared for her life and it's a crackhead hotel and we checked we wanted a place with a hot tub and they did not have a hot tub over a year they said
Everything this hotel is not for people traveling it's for people local people to live in

I like the breakfast and the location.
My room was above the pool area a bit and it made the whole room feel moist. The bed, pillows everything. The sheet didn’t fit the bed right and kept coming off on top of everything feeling wet. The blanket had some pink crap on it which no one wants to find anything on their blanks at a hotel. The hot tub did not work and that was disappointing.

Good location. Room small but clean. Staff courteous and helpful.
Light-up name sign from access road either broken or just not turned on - we drove right past the place. Lobby area is poorly lit and looks dingy. Hot tub broken, a stairway connecting floors was blocked off. It needs a complete re-dec

Not much
Dirty. Smelled like smoke throughout hotel. Bathroom and bedroom was filthy. Had we arrived prior to 12am, we would’ve switched hotels. We left at 7am.

it was alright
it was in a difficult location to find

Nice tile floors without the gross carpet some hotels have. Comforters, pillows, beds were nicer than expected. Fridge and microwave were clean and operational. The TV worked fine, coffeemaker in room was appreciated. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Desk clerk was very cheerful and helpful. Air conditioning worked well. The only thing not perfect was the hot tub was out of order, but it was 90 degrees and we wouldn't have used it anyway. Also, there were not any outlets to charge devices, but we found one behind the nightstand. The plug in the lamp didn't work. That would be my only suggestion for improvement--to provide charging ports.
No charging ports for phones or laptops.

The price was good for 2 rooms however we learned why after we got there it was okay but wasn't like five star.
There was no towels anywhere also none in the pool room, when we first got there no one was at the desk and we heard two women in the back arguing about who should go help the customers we also informed the women of having 2 rooms and she said oh I didn't realize when I made the reservation 3-4 days prior asking for the rooms to be next to eachother or at least close instead we had a room on the 1st floor and 1 on the 3rd floor expecting to have kids in there.. the pool room seemed like mold and mildew were growing on and around the pool area.

Convenient location
We chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub. When we arrived we discovered that the hot tub was out of order.

I checked for the price a couple of days before, and it was cheaper than what I had to pay that was not cool
Plus, we. Had to change rooms for your second night because the tub was cracked .Then we went to the pool and hottub, and the pool was nice and clouded but warm, and the hottub was very cold plus it smelled like pot all the time in the hall and out by the front doors

Nothing!!! It was a hole-in-the-wall location that has not been up kept.
Wall plugs old and outdated and wouldn't hold in the plugs, TV didn't work, no signal, the sink had no stopped, and it would still plug up. The canned lights had no frame, and the bulb was just hanging there. The lamps in the room were beat up and broke. You would have to push the button three times or more to get it to come on or turn off because it was broken and pushed into the frame. The breakfast was never full. We went almost right after it opened, and everything was out and checked back an hr later and the same thing. The employees were never at the desk. They would be outside on their phones or smoking, and the manager was NOT helpful at all.

It was a bed to sleep in
The 1st room the gave me had a shattered window, the 2 room the exhaust fan sounded like it had a dieing squirrel in it. I was supposed to be in a king room and it was not
Was given no apologies when checking out. This one will be on my list of where NOT to stay.

The location
Tv didn't work hot tub didn't work. Breakfast was a joke. The toilet sit didn't stay up had a paper that said rooms where only cleaned on 2 different day so if there was an issue to let the front desk know and they would get it taken care of.

nothing, very rude staff
very rude staff esp the regional manager Brian, reserved 2 rooms when arrived one of my rooms were canceled and I was told they wouldn't honor my booking rate as to being through a 3rd party. I ended up paying full price for the room that was canceled. This place was dirty, our door was broken and wouldn't shut, sinks were cracked, the pool area was very dirty with old nicotine patches, dirty band aides, clumps of hair laying around on the floor, hot tub water was freezing, the pool water was cold and cloudy, the chairs were rusty, the life preserver was cracked and torn, smelled like pot throughout the hallways and elevators.

Breakfast foods were stale. Cereals, bagels were stale. There were hot dishes for foods like sausage but weren't filled- when I asked hotel staff about hot breakfast foods, guy shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Breakfast wasn't the best. We looked for foods elsewhere. Bring snacks. The beds were so uncomfortable. Bathroom small. Hallways smell of smoke. Pool water was SO cold.

This hotel is disgusting! Dirty, stains everywhere, ceiling in room falling apart, fire hazards eveywhere, holes, stains all over carpet in the hallways. Cut cords for the lamps on the wall and missing pieces of tile in the bathroom.Room's door wouldn't lock properly. I've never stayed in such a dirty hotel. We tried to book another hotel, but everything was sold out.
