I liked having two queen beds the first night. The allowed my support dogs to stay. Thank you!
The second night I had to switch from a two queen beds room to two double beds bc it was sold. The new room did not have a working TV and we did not have cold water to give my dogs. It was warm. Plus the faucet was too small for the sink. Kept smashing my fingers in the drain hole under the faucet.

My first room with two queen beds were really nice.
I was put on the opposite side of where to put my dogs to use the bathroom. I couldn't park by my room I had to park on the other side because all of the work trucks were there.

I liked that the hotel was closed to the attractions that we were looking for.
That it didn’t have a good breakfast

The breakfast was really pitiful. Not much there.
The breakfast

room was clean, bed was comfy. there was a clock!
someone spent a lot of time making a flowery arrangement of the sweetener packets, but the trash can right next to them was overflowing.

They have a hot tub that works. And a pool. Rooms are older but roomy...
It's right next to the highway but if you get a room in the back it's quieter.
2.5
Parking is close to the room. Nice courtyard with sitting area, pool and hot tub.
Hotel is located close to the highway, but quiet.
New renovated shower.
Hotel is advertised with 'Breakfast included'.
Hotel does not have breakfast. Coffee and energy bars are available all day FOC.

What I did like was the jets in the bathtub but besides that I think the stay was uncomfortable
Finding blood on a pillow I had been laying my head on and on the sheets. The front desk had sent a maintenance man out to take a look but he was absolutely rude the entire time. I did not feel comfortable after that and was ready to ask for a refund.

They had granola bars and coffee for breakfast. Seriously lame and I don't think they should be allowed to advertise that as a breakfast
The paint was peeling in the bathroom, it was old and smelly in the room

Location was good to me, quiet. Clean room.
Was extremely disappointed as there were a misleading advertising about BREAKFAST INCLUDED. There isn’t any breakfast, only cereal bar, coffee and juice. I would consider it as a complimentary coffee or not even that.
I had to stay 16 days at the hotel and only choose that one because of the “breakfast included” as it would have helped a lot having a breakfast before going to work. Very disappointed! DO NOT GO IF YOU REALLY WANT A BREAKFAST.

Bed was comfortable. Heat/ cooling worked well.
Breakfast promised. Consisted of orange juice, tea/ coffee and granola bars. No sweet rolls, yoghurt, etc. That is NOT a breakfast! Wrapped cup in room had a dried up dead fly in it! Had to ask for a coffee maker, but it was broken when I tried to use it. Water ran all over when I tried to fill,it, following the directions. Again traffic noise all night long. Management and desk person not particularly pleasant to deal with.

quiet and spacious
weird smell in the room, small beds, not queen but double beds

No breakfast
The room was comfortable and the location was good. Very convenient
Our initial room assignment was in the back section where the rooms are smaller, including the bathroom. We stayed here before and had a much better room so we asked for a change which we got. The first room was also next to a noisy group of workmen who were playing loud music, shouting back and forth to each other and working with a chemical that smelled bad. This room was totally unacceptable. The second room was much better.
Also, this hotel, plus most of the hotels now, are taking advantage of those of us who travel with pets. The pet fees are getting to be outrageous! Most pets are good travelers and most pet owners are responsible and can be counted on to pay for damages to a property. Fees that hike up a night’s stay by half again what you originally paid are unfair and excessive. Seems the hotels have discovered a way to get more money out of patrons who don’t want to leave their pets at home. We have two small dogs who cost us $70 more for the one night we spent at this hotel.

close to downtown Novato
needs updating. having the sliding doors open to shared balcony with all the rooms seemed unsafe.
the maids did not leave the towels that were hung up but kept changing them - what’s the point of their policy to “save energy and water”?

We had a late evening arrival and I really appreciated that my request for the room location were honored. Very helpful young man at the front desk. Quiet room (requested a room on the back side of the hotel which did not face Hwy 101) and in a safe location.
The bed was too hard (for me) and fine (for the hubby).
