Not as expected, poor location and room was messy and unmade.

I reserved my room 4 hours before arriving. Once I arrived the hotel rep greeted me, yet was a bit rushed and not very friendly, yet I imagine focused on her job and asked loudly for my ID. She checked me in, charged me for the room, and gave me a nap and key. When I got to the room the door was already opened and I looked in and saw a messy room and an unmade bed, which alarmed me so I left and returned to the front desk. I shared my experience with the rep and she was gracious and respectfully gave me a refund. She was surprised that the room wasn’t clean, yet heads up to the management. Not a good look and hope all was ok with your staff that day.

Not having hot water for showers was a problem that did not get resolved sufficiently during my stay

I liked the ambience and the garden view room with accessibility to outdoor space. There were hanging chairs and out door seating with tables and chairs, and hammocks. The breakfast was a self serve that had offerings such as fruit, yogurts, bagels, breads, assorted cereals, juice, teas, and coffee. It was nicely presented and available to eat there in the breakfast room, take outdoors, tables around the pool, or to your room. A pleasant and leisurely way to start the day. My favorite was the cinnamon toast. I had a very pleasant poolside dinner at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel which was a high point. Staff was very welcoming to a solo traveler. Would highly recommend the restaurant for leisurely wine, drinks, dinner and dessert. All could be taken back to the room if preferred.

I was in Rom 102 and they were having problems with the hot water. I don't know if the whole hotel was having issues or if it was just in my room. I was staying for the weekend to attend an event off site. Being able to take a hot shower was an important part of my stay. The staff tried to be attentive but it did not get fixed sufficiently during my stay. The property had a nice swimming pool, but it was closed for use.

Tired hotel that needs room renovations

Evening Staff provided information, was helpful with questions. Continental breakfast was good. Hotel was central and close to everything.

Morning staff was appropriate but did not seem overly welcoming or enthusiastic about their job in lobby/front desk. Property looks great in photos but was tired and run down. The hot tub was broken, even though staff said it was operating before our stay. There was also no ice machine. Instead, the staff told us to go into the restaurant service area and grab ice (with our hands since there was no scoop to fill a bucket for our room) EWE -- How many other people are doing this? Not Sanitary! The room had chipped paint, cracks in bathroom wall, and looked outdated. Toilet/plumbing was old and had hard tie flushing.

poorly treated and completely ignored

I did not like anything about this stay it was horrible,I believe I should be refunded for the way I was treated by the management. The was a real lack of respect for your customer

I was in a room for weeks that was supposed to be smoking in the entire hotel. next was a man that was smoking all the time. I couldn't breathe or sleep when I complain nothing changed. Fransico the property manager never responded I have a video and picture of the smoker.

I couldn't control the temperature for the heater. The Refrigerator was to low on the floor, I think with it being that small it should ve a little higher.

The most family friendly hotel we have found in a while.

The family friendly courtyard made this hotel a notch above others. The games and hammocks were so nice and the bonus of floaties in the pool for the kids was appreciated. It’s rare to find a hotel where the kids can safely play outside in a friendly area. Also the mature magnolia trees and fountain are just lovely.

When we first pulled up we were a little nervous because the outside looks unappealing. Outside our room was a ripped mat and dead grass but once we stepped inside we were happy, and once we stepped into the courtyard we were thrilled.

It was okay for a night,

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was great.

No phone connection in room. I had to call reception from my mobile phone. No security guard. We heard a noise outside and no one investigated. . No restaurant ( and they advertised a restaurant) and breakfast was truly basic!

There were a lot of bad reviews so I was very concerned. However we found it to be very quiet and

Totally enjoyed breakfast. Toasted raisin bread with butter, yogurt and fruit and loved the environment of the room. This was more continental but I was happy.

Needed hooks or racks in bathroom for towels. Also all the windows were glued shut so no fresh air--though there was AC if you wanted it.

Easy to go to where I needed to be.

The room was really old, shower curtain was in shreds, and window wouldn’t close. Tree outside covered my car with debris. Highway traffic was horrible.

Staff is nice but never met the Mgr who never did anything about the noise or problems.

Pleasant area. Nice Grounds. Lots of seasonal bugs around & in your room, nothing done to get rid of them.

Saturday wedding and the music was SO LOUD that it was disturbing everyone else. Both the DJ & Band were TOO LOUD for such a small area and no one did anything about it. 8 hours of hell.

The hotel needs to place curtains or something in the bathroom. You can see a silhouette of the person in the bathroom through the frosted windows. Also, the bathroom floor gets soaked because of the way the shower curtain is situated.

Continental breakfast was great. A lot of choices and very high quality. Raisin bread was awesome. I mixed the Mango and orange juices, the bomb. The grounds were beautiful and a big surprise, the room TV was huge. Any kind of food is a short distance away. If you have bikes, the room was large enough for at lease 3. I loved the fact that there is a front and back door on the room we had. Car parking is in the back and the grounds are in the front. There is a restaurant on site but it wasn't open when we were there. We'll try it next time. The front desk people were friendly and helpful.

I wish the rooms would have had opening windows for fresh air. Bathroom was on the small side but very clean. Neither of these things would keep us from returning.

most of the staff was friendly love the courtyard idea with all the rooms facing in good for groups

a lot of renovations being done .. certain rooms had stuff missing eg shower panels etc some staff members were not friendly gave my room to someone else at first so had one room that renovation wasn’t complete on shower and coffee maker wasn’t clean could have more covered areas to sit outside for guest to socialize
