My room didnt get cleaned. That should be mandatory I shouldn't have to request my room get cleaned. Hotel chains are so damn lazy you must ask for things that use to be standard when staying at a hotel. Wont ever stay again

Our stay was pleasant and relaxing.

It was newer and clean. Bed was comfy. We liked the breakfast.

I didn't like that the bar kept saying it was going to be open and it wasn't. That was disappointing. And the ice machine on the 2nd floor never had ice but other than that, out stay was very good.

I’d rate this hotel .5 out of 5. Will never return to this facility.

Room was not clean. Floors looked as it has not been mopped for months. Towels had foot print stains and shower faucet handle was completely off and placed on the soap rack. Sadly I booked through 3rd party so I couldn’t get a refund. I initially booked a 2 night stay, but only stayed for 1. I loss over $100 leaving a day early just to book into another hotel for a night. Facility had no play pen/crib for infant which is also a big disappointment. Definitely feel the price was not worth the stay.

Won't stay there again.

The location was convenient.

The shower was moldy, and the tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The shower door was misaligned, and as a result, the shower leaked significantly. The toilet did not flush. I bought a plunger so I could use the toiler. The breakfast was typical of this chain - underwhelming.

Not worth the money

It was good, I wish there was some type of potato option. The location was fine.

The room was extremely over priced. The room was very basic, nothing fancy, again extremely over priced.

The ladies at the front desk as well as the lady handling the breakfast area were all very friendly, polite, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I never stayed here and probably won't ever. Amber is a mean lady. I want my refund please

Front desk gentleman I spoke to on Wednesday was very helpful and respectful. Very kind and sweet personality that really helped me in the right direction.

The hassle and run around I have experienced and unprofessional and rude behavior by Amber employee that works they're that invalidated me a hung up on me many times and didn't meet my needs or did not respond appropriately to my questions or requests. I also don't like how it's been a week still have not received my refund.

I would not stay here again.

The front desk was nice and the woman preparing the breakfast was very nice and accommodating.

It was dirty. The bed in my room had dried blood on the comforter. The windows were dirty. The room had an odor.
