Overall loved staying here. Was right next to where the event I was attending was. Easy walk.

Was able to keep the room nice and cold. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Front desk lady was very friendly and sweet.

The building outside of the room was sweltering hot. (Hallways, lobby, etc.) The soda machine downstairs was cheaper than the one upstairs.?

I'd stay here again.

Ease of check in and out. Clean rooms. Good price.

Breakfast was said to be provided but later turned out to be prepackaged snacks only.

Location was good u guess. Not for me. But generally. I suppose they had a good spot.

Why put the towels outside the room the shower is in? That's ridiculous. Besides that , people coming up to your window on the bottom floor just trying to peek in, weird. The staff was mediocre, borderline complacent or rude. It was just ...meh...not great at all. The rooms were dirty.. and when i left, i forgot my phone there, I had to call 3 times before someone ad.itted they found it and would let me retrieve it. Overall the place sucked.

Breakfast is a joke, It is a cold package grab of high calorie junk

stayed multi days, trash not emptied, bed not made, had to request that they do their jobs. They did change towels, so they knew the rooms were not maintained

Disappointing

Room and staff were great.

Wifi did not work the whole time I was there, Breakfast was an apple or Belvita cookies, side doors do not open.

It was run down looking with tarps on doors, peeling paint, etc. also tv was not working because it had been in plugged behind and had to have someone come fix. I was not the only customer this happened to.

The man exploits the locals charges on the hundred dollar deposit if they live in the area or within like a 3 mile radius, and I hardly doubt I will ever see that hundred dollars again DO NOT PAY FOR THIS place same if not better price elsewhere on booking.com or in Northwest, Arkansas in general

Overall, I was comfortable. Good value, great evening staff and it was clean. And quiet.

Breakfast was grab-n-go; a paper sack with water a muffin and an apple. The muffin was great!

Breakfast could've been like it was pre-covid. AND, I didn't like the lighting. I would prefer lamps on the nightstands.

All in all, we had a good stay there.

The staff were super nice. The room was very comfortable and the location was good for us.

Instead of water maybe they could add a juice or milk drink in the bagged breakfast.

The room is not well done at all. You can see that tile is not finished etc. They say breakfast is provided, it was a bag with water, apple and belvita bar

Corrosion on lightning above desk. Painting was haphazard. Toliet was not sealed uniformly.

Front desk staff were very personable and helpful.

Room was not well kept. If this was a remodeled room(work was very shoddy and poorly done.)

It was in a great location and very clean. The room was comfortable.

That the breakfast was in a bag due to the fact that they were in the process of remodeling the kitchen area.

Great place to stay and explore the area

This hotel is in an excellent location to explore NW Arkansas. It was much nicer than I expected with a large, clean and comfortable room. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The only disappointment was that the breakfast room was under construction so breakfast was a grab and go bag that was the same every day, but it was a generous amount of food and improvements are a good thing.
