I reminded me of an army barracks

It was terrible

Nothing. This place was filthy, full of ants and impossible to get a housekeeper in the room. I was there for six nights. I had to go ask for toilet paper and towels. The coffee pot was broken. Overall it was not good to say the least.

It could have been a lot cleaner. Ant free would have been nice. Large carpenter ants were everywhere all over the walls and floors. It would have been nice if a housekeeper came in and took out the trash and made the beds.

Room was ok, very sparse, floor could have been cleaner..our sock told us this

we weren’t there long enough to make a determination

we got there around 9 pm and there was no one there to check us in. No where on Booking. com was there information about check in ( or out for that matter). We had to call to and wait for someone to give us our key. Apparently, the key was in a “box” but we had no idea…so we had to wait for an elderly gentleman, with a cane, to let us know this info. A BIG thank you to him!

I’d stay there again!

the location is great! it has been remodeled and the room was nice. the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. They had a basketball court with a ball and my son loved it. we didn’t use the pool but it looked pleasant.

the furnishings are a little dated but other than that it was quite nice.

Love the location. The hotel was right in the middle of all my outings, that was excellent. My longest destination was 12 mins. The young lady at the front desk was super friendly and outgoing, a beautiful soul!

The owner, the person in the back office, lack customer service skills, very unfriendly and unapproachable. Also, didn’t like the bathroom sink outside the bathroom. There was very little to no wi-fi.

Remodeled room was pleasant. Noise level was good.

Spacius room could use more decor and chairs. Only 1 chair in room. Lighting was too bright.Bathroom needs more grab bars especially in tub.

Good for the one night I needed it for. I would return if need be.

Clean and comfortable but a bit shabby on the outside. Could use a good paint job. No instructions on the TV so couldn't use it which was a bit frustrating.

Pleasantly surprised with renovation, everything was new, and clean.

The room we stayed in had been fully renovated, everything was new.

Had to run the hot water faucet a little while before hot water came out.

While the exterior of the property could certainly use some updating, the staff was pleasant and the room was acceptable. The location was good and near the local attractions.

The rooms were spacious, clean and affordable. The staff was friendly and respected our privacy

We had some trouble with a TV and they weren't able to fix it or replace it, which was only a slight inconvenience.

good price for the area, terrific customer service.

customer service and proximity to where we wanted to be and what we wanted to do. The hotel IS in the middle of a remodel and they are trying hard to meet everyone's needs. We just happened to get a room that hadn't seen some new love yet.

the bed was hard and uncomfy; heat didn't work; electricity went out(not the fault of the hotel); floor was pretty icky and sink was like a camper trailer sized sink.
