The location was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. The room offered a mini fridge and microwave, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a shower with good water pressure.
The room was not fully clean, the floors had dirt still on them, as well as hair. There was a few cobwebs, and the paint was chipped. The air conditioner looked like it had never been cleaned.

breakfast was great

location was great, next to youth center
Furniture in lobby, was whipped and worn, everything felt old and rundown. Free breakfast was miserable, wouldn’t feed that to my dog. Staff was rude and didn’t want to be there. Music was bumping in a room next to the front desk, I asked if it was a party, was told that was what was needed for the employee to do the job.

Good breakfast food.
Was expecting YouTube channels.

Loved the location, the ease of checking in and out. It was quiet. The continental breakfast was ok.
Liked being on floor 1.
We slept amazingly well.
The tv in our room was very hard to see, the screen was dark. We tried to adjust settings, but it was just a bad picture.
The thermostat was weird.
The mini frig made a loud noise too.

The breakfast was okay. The hotel was located in a safe location. There was a card entry system.
The front desk staff person when we checked in didn't greet us. My husband and I were stuck in the elevator on the first night for approximately 15-20 minutes. The front desk staff person never apologized and blamed my husband for the elevator dysfunction.

The refrigerator made noise the entire stay
The elevator stopped working Friday night and when I checked out Monday it still was not working and I had to take our luggage and bags down 3 stairs before we were on the 3rd floor and my back hurt because of it

At 2:15 am there were people walking very loudly. I realize.it was not the hotel staff's fault.

The breakfast offered was quite nice. The rooms themselves were clean and spacious.
The elevator was out of order. The stairwells had a strange odor within them. The carpets in common areas had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The bed frame (metal) had a strange sound as you first sat down on it.

Nice location. Stay was very friendly and helpful. Thank you
Our room wasn't exactly spotless. But we didn't complain since it was such a short stay.

Ok.
The elevator was out.

Elevators were not working. I am 75 with bad knees and back. Staff should have contacted me to let me know I would have to use steps. Dealt with a lot of pain.

It was convenient to where I needed to be and had all the necessities.
It wasn't as clean as I was hoping. And it was pretty empty but I still ended up near construction which didn't help my sleep. The rooms are pretty cramped as well, but with a name like microtel, that's to be expected.

Reception lady was helpful
Our reservation never went from booking.com to the microtel location. Hotel was fully booked with no room for us even though we had confirmation of reservation. My son's reservation was received but their room was old, dirty, smelly, formica peeling off the vanity

the coffee was good although I had to reheat it in the microwave. The waffle machine worked fine but I’m not a waffle eater. Suggest offering hard boiled eggs and a meat and perhaps a better selection of cereal. They had kid cereal but not much for adult diet health conscious. Yogurt is also a nice addition to morning breakfast.
See above comment.

Staff were ok and location.
The sheets had stains, hair on the bed and bathroom floor. It was crumbs left on the window sill. The hotel was out dated. Dirty carpet in the hall. The rooms were small and did not look like the pictures on the website. The bed didn’t even look like the sheets had been changed.

Very comfortable, close to the University. Beds were comfortable.
