Short.

We were to scared to stay in this facility. We cancelled after looking at our room. It had a gash in the wall and streaks that looked like something was cleaned off on two walls. The front doors were dirty as well as the area. The attendant was pleasant but was unkept. We felt sorry for the people walking around who looked very down and out.

The pictures on the site did not represent the facility at all. I see below you asked for pictures. I wish I would have taken some to show you how awful this facility was.

The first room they gave us had a strong smell of mildew or something like that. So they changed our room, that room the lamp lights didn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t flush. So we canceled our reservation and still waiting for our refund.

Nada, no es un alojamiento apto para la familia, tuvimos una situación muy incómoda en la que incluso tuvimos que pedir el apoyo de la Policía, dado a que el personal no atendió nuestra queja, por eso tuvimos que solicitar el reembolso ya que se nos había cargado el cargo total en la tarjeta desde la primera noche por la estancia de 5 noches a pesar de que en la aplicación había acordado pagar en efectivo la misma. El incidente sucedió en la segunda noche en el cual incluso estuvo en riesgo nuestra seguridad puesto que había una persona completamente en estado inconveniente bajo los influjos de alguna sustancia en el área de alberca y nuestros hijos menores de edad. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo puesto que está estancia nisiquiera es hoteles, es más bien un motel de paso. Muy desagradable experiencia… aunado a estado luego del incidente la persona a cargo (mujer), nos dijo que a petición nuestra haría el reembolso y no sucedió, tuvimos que regresar a los dos días para de nueva cuenta reclamar el mismo!

No es un hotel, más bien es un mote y pone en riesgo la seguridad de los huéspedes sobretodo de los que vamos en familia!

Close to Sam Houston Cementery

Daylight time change went into effect; therefore we overslept. Have stayed there before and the breakfast was always good.

The room had a horrible smell the sheets and blankets were filthy. The room was infested with roaches Aj1 crawling all on the bed they were in the tub dead around the sink etc. So I would say that was the worst stay I ever had with you y all.

What a nightmare

I didn't like anything

The room had roaches, a fresh blood stain on the blanket, the floor and bed were un level, the coffee pot was filthy, there was a big gap between the door and door frame the deadbolt didn't lock, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, my wife was nervous the whole time we was there due to the fighting in the room next to us. I'll NEVER stay at another Laquinta
