Worst Hotel Experience In My Life

The fact that I could connect my Roku.

The Manager/ Front Desk manager by the name of Ivan. Very disrespectful, rude and doesn't know how to talk to his customers!! I had multiple guests warn me about this guy it wasn't until I had my very own encounter did I understand! He talked very disrespectful and not only that he's a liar. They charged my card without permission then he starts to become irate AFTER I showed him my card statement clearly stating Woodsprings. Now, granted they did/ do help you as far as being fair about paying later in the day however there's a way to talk to people especially when you're supposed to a professional!! I stated to Ivan " the customer is always right" and he replied " not this hotel"! Because I sat my trash in the hallway after being there three days and nobody informing me that I had to take my trash out! I wouldn't recommend or stay at this hotel EVER again!! Then he Ivan called the police made a bogus report said " I refused to leave the hotel" but later changed his LIE to disturbance AFTER I informed him the whole incident between us was recorded by me!! Very unprofessional narcissistic, narcissist is more like it!! He speaks to his employees with such disrespect, he talks and treats them them like the trash they don't take out!! I pray for the staff that works here and have to put up with his blatant disrespect on a daily basis just to feed their families!!

Disgusting excuse for a hotel

absolutely nothing

This was hands down the nastiest place i have ever stayed in! From roaches to fleas in the room! The smell of the elevators and hallways would make you sick to your stomach! When leaving we literally found a roach in the bed! So gross and would recommend to stay clear of this one! sink wouldn’t drain and bathroom light worked for 10 minutes!

Absolutely did not like nothing and wouldn’t recommend to anyoneManager was very disrespectful stated several times got noise complaints but never came to us about it property was very nasty when I asked for a pillow was told we don’t offer extras nighttime worker could not give no answer can hardly speak English wouldn’t wish this property on my dog if I had a chance to if there’s an issue it should’ve been discussed with us but it was never discuss yes we have a child age 3 and she may have walked a little harder than normal but if discuss issue would have been fixed fixed

All of it. My sheets had feces and blood stains,the shower had not been cleaned in quite some time, the entire facility wreaked of marijuana and cigarettes
