Don't go to Joelton

It was convenient.

Dirty beds. Old tvs. Stains on sheets and covers. Strange people hanging in parking lot.

At 5:15 am we woke up when a couple was arguing very loud in the room next door. It continued for a two hours

Just spend the extra money to go elsewhere

Comfy beds, doors go right outside, easy check in

Rooms obviously not cleaned well, shady people in the parking lot (some appeared to be on drugs In a beat up car with windows broken and some people were fooling around in a car in the lot) pool unclean, fridge barely worked, we only found 3 outlets and 1 didn't work. My kids stated numerous times they felt unsafe here. We stayed in our room until we had to leave

For the price it was a good hotel! The staff were sweet as can be!

The beds were uncomfortable to me, and I didn't care for the feather pillows. But that's all personal preference.

Worth the money

The price, location was ok for our plans

More of an option for breakfast, only had coffee, juice and nutri grain bars. Need soft drink/vending machine located on the property!

Love that you couldn't hear your neighbors. I seen a family of 9 come in, almost all kids. They were super loud & right below us. We never heard them from inside our room.

The pool was infested with bugs. It was never clean. The rooms stay very moist. The bed felt like it was going to break every time one of us would move or roll over. We got a non-smoking room, but every time we would come back to our room, it would smell like Marijuana. In the mornings, we would smell cigarette smoke & and that's what would wake us up. It's great for the price. So you definitely get what you pay for.

The bed was comfortable and the price was affordable.

Breakfast was a granola bar and juice or coffee and the area was very sketchy.

Nice location. Not to far from Nashville. Had everything we needed. Pet friendly.

Nice, clean place to stay overnight on a long trip. Wonderful night staff. very friendly and respectful.

Pleasant stay with a VERY friendly Staff!

The hotel was conveniently located next to the highway. Our room met our needs, including being non-smoking and located on the 1st level. The Staff were exceptionally nice!

For our situation (a set of parents traveling with our 2 adult children), it would have been helpful if there was a curtain or doorway between the bedroom and sink area. The light from the vanity pretty much lit up the bedroom when one person started getting ready in the morning and woke the others who were still trying to sleep a bit longer.
