The night check-in man was very helpful and friendly and so was the woman in the morning when I turned in the cards..she made me feel like family
Parking, or enough. Seemed to be a lot of vans parked there

Close to the airport. Decent facilities. Not fancy but nice and affordable. Ubers available to take you away to wherever you want to go.
Didn’t clean my room while I was away for the next night.

We did stay quite unexpectedly due to a cancelled flight, but the accomodation was super friendly upon our arrival, it was very close to many fast food outlets which we could walk to, and very helpful with shuttle to the airport!

Location, price
The breakfast was terrible. Everything was from a can or bag. They ran out of food way before breakfast was over. Causing people to stand in line to wait on food for over 30 mins. Hard to believe when they only needed to heat things up

It was close to my appointment
I must say that my recent hotel experience was exceptionally unsatisfactory. Despite pre-checking in and confirming my special needs request for a first-floor room with a tub due to my disability, I was assigned a room on the third floor without the requested bathtub. But given the option to wait even longer, despite having provided an approximate anticipated arrival time, which I unfortunately exceeded. ( was not earlier)
The toilet malfunctioned, exhibiting continuous running and an inability to flush. I promptly notified the front desk, who dispatched a maintenance personnel to address the issue. Subsequently, the toilet became obstructed, necessitating another call to the front desk. This time, I was instructed to obtain a plunger to resolve the blockage myself.
Furthermore, the breakfast options during my stay were limited, consisting solely of eggs and biscuits with gravy for two consecutive days. The quality of the food was severely lacking, and I found it unpalatable. As a result, I was compelled to seek out an external restaurant for breakfast, incurring additional expenses that could have been avoided had the hotel provided satisfactory meal options.
The weather today is suitable for outdoor activities. Given the high temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit, I intend to go swimming. However, upon arriving at the pool, I discovered that the water was not as clear as depicted in the promotional image. Additionally, despite the intense sunlight, there were no available shade umbrellas, which was disappointing. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes and finding the heat unbearable, I made the decision to return to my room.
There is a remnant of what appears to have been an umbrella outside the pool area. For a rate exceeding $350.00, one would reasonably expect a hotel to offer complimentary breakfast items and ensure adequate property maintenance and repairs.

The staff gave me great things to do locally. They were very knowledgeable and the places they recommended were fantastic

Newly remodeled and had the feel (for the most part) of new construction.
The layout is slightly awkward, in an ‘L’ shape. The elevator in the corner of the L had not been updated, and transitions from the two wings had to pass through an old stairwell. That corner should really be redesigned with more of a clear opening.
As well, they did NOT inform me that I had to sign up to be on the airport shuttle that only runs once per hour. It was a snowy day and many other travelers managed to get on the shuttle after I had checked in. I had to take an Uber to get to the airport on time.

I was a little iffy about booking here from previous reviews talking about construction and sketchy parking but construction was done while we stayed here and everything was beautifully updated. It was a great stay especially for the price compared to other hotels close by. The check in process was great and staff was friendly.
Everything was great!

breakfast was amazing
4.0
Breakfast was good and the rooms were well lit and comfortable. Unfortunately we had really rowdy kids and "teenagers" on our floor so it was quite loud, but overall the room was clean, quaint and it was a good stay. The location was conveniently located not far from downtown area and there were places to eat within walking distance like KFC, McDonalds and Wendys.
The pillows were a little uncomfortable, so I recommend people who stay to bring their own. Also, not within control of the hotel staff but very rowdy kids in the hallway and in the eating area, so you could not really "enjoy" a quiet meal & full meal with lots of hands in the food and noise in the hallways. Overall... good stay.

The room was actually nice and clean.
The hotel was under construction, and we were not aware. The parking lot and entrance was a mess. There were a lot of suspicious people hanging out in the parking lot. Smell of marijana in the halls as we were leaving in the morning. 1 staff member talking on her personal cell phone while on speaker, and the person on the other end of the call was loud and cursing.
