Would not recommend due to lack of costumer service and communication regarding issues within their facilities

The property itself was very clean. However, being woken up at 300 am in the morning due to the neighboring room smoking marijuana which was filtering into our room with our young child is unacceptable! This lasted the rest of the night so there was no rest at all. We contacted the front desk immediately and they said they would look into it . The following morning we spoke to the front desk again who showed us a list of other complaints from the same issue and was told a manger would be in contact with us to potentially comp some of our stay and to date, no response from anyone. Front desk did confirm as well that it was a nonsmoking hotel which does include illicit drugs. No follow through from management and no partial refund or anything!

Awesome Hotel

For the price, we were pleasantly surprised it was as nice as it was. The breakfast was a nice hot breakfast. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. We were up on the 6th floor, and it was truly a very nice hotel. Would recommend to all my friends and family members.

The parking was a little tight, and it was packed all the time. They did have additional parking under the building, which was also nice.

Fit what I needed.

The experience was good from start to finish. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was just right.

Not somewhere I’d stay again or recommend

Room size

The hotel had a horrible smell throughout. It smelled like spices and incense. There was black, curly hair on several of the towels.

Good except for the length of the unknown fee

The front desk has a sign that an incidental fee of $75 is charged to your credit card and not removed for 10 to 14 days. I

Didn’t pick me up at airport and cost me $30 for a cab to go 2 miles. Rooms were a bit run down but pretty clean. Average place to stay

My experience was excellent until I returned and had such difficulty getting back to the hotel.

Convenient location, easily accessible. Parking and shuttle service to airport especially helpful Outstanding quality of breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.

There is no shuttle service for pick up at the airport unless one is staying another night. This is an especially difficult problem, since taxi drivers will not take passengers to the hotel due to its closeness to the airport. If not for the kindness of an airport shuttle driver at the end of his route, I'm not sure what I would have done. I would gladly have paid for the hotel shuttle to pick me up. There are other hotels that provide free return shuttle.

We had to be moved to another room..prior was filthy

The room's bathroom was filthy, the unit was missing a closet, the plumbing was showing from the wall, the toilet was leaking, and the shower door wouldnt stay closed

nice facility, if we had stayed longer than 1 day we would have wanted access to a pool

great size, bed was comfortable, nice bathroom.

Ok for one night stay but wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Hotel is conveniently located by airport. Lobby was clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice.

Hotel overall did not seem very clean. Lots of fragrance to cover up unpleasant smells. Our initial room smelled very musty so we changed rooms and second room was better.

Staff was super nice .

Fruit flies in bathroom, shower in King suite flooded in bathroom due to design, breakfast very picked over and not restocked , curtains were filthy from air conditioning unit , and no light in room -very dark.

It was close to airport

That there was a drunk guy sleeping in stairway. They left their back door open all night long.
