Our room had a clogged sink and we notified the front desk as soon as we got into our room. No one came even though they said someone would be right up. Then we left for dinner and when we got back, the water was still there! We called again. No one came. My husband went to talk to them at the front desk. Long story short, they gave us another room with 1 bed which we didn’t match the room we had originally with 2 beds since we were 3 adults. Again we were moved. So we went from the 2nd to 1st to 5th floor! We were traveling with my 83 year old mom who has mobility issues. The other bad thing was the elevator which stunk like pee and was so dirty, the downstairs bathroom had no hand soap, the backdoor to the parking lot was being kept open with a rock instead of keeping it locked. My husband saw a big guy with tattoos all over, shirtless, and hanging out with a girl employee at the backdoor. The floors had no AC!! It was a sauna in the elevator and the hotel corridors. It was absolutely below hotel standards! It was unsafe and surrounded by druggees, homeless, and loud guests. It was like a Super 8 which happens to be next door with people hanging out like it’s a party outdoors.

Staff was amazing!
Cheyenne (I believe) was so kind and positive. She greeted us with a smile, recommended dinner options, and was so fast to fix a small issue we encountered with our room. ( The door handle was broken, and we couldn't get in) We were quickly moved to another room.
Bed was very comfortable. AC worked great. Pretty standard breakfast. I have no complaints.

Staff is not well at coordinating. Had to explain my reservation multiple times while they kept interrupting me. My mom had another room, and it was super dirty. Not vacuumed, dirty shelves, restroom full of hairs etc. They had to change her rooms. Also, once I left they kept calling me about something they did wrong in check in and that if I could go back. Horrible staff lol most of them were really mean and rude.

Location
I was told my room was being cleaned @ 9pm I waited in the lobby for 15-30mins then I asked for it, and another employee told me the room was no longer available,(was not told)& If I wanted a different type of room. My room looked like It had a quick clean (still saw someone else's hair in bathroom, lent balls on floor of bathroom, ect.

Horrible. How is a room wheelchair access when it has a bathtub. This room was for my parents as it is extremely difficult for my dad to step up into a shower with tub. Then when my husband went to get in our room he was greatedt by dogs and then the front desk guy said, oh yeah those people aren't suppose to be there, let me kick them out and you can have that room? Uhh no. So then they gave us another room, the volume didn't work on the TV, no clock in room, it was not the cleanest and we couldn't get the water hot in the shower. Horrible place, do not stay.

convenient location and pet friendly.
Room 422 was in need of repairs and cleaning. carpets were dirty, missing lightbulbs, tv didn’t work, bathroom double doors didn’t have door knobs, cracked toilet seat, very few amenities, ie hair dryer, paper, pen, refrigerator, working light switches (had to unplug night stand light to turn it off) the walls need painting especially in bathroom. moldy caulk around tub. we were very unhappy with our room. will not go back to La Quinta.

Bed was comfortable
Was given a room (510) went up to the room. Door was open. Room was a disaster. Dirty diapers on the floor, throw up in the garbage can broken stuff on the floor. Disgusting! Had to lug all our stuff back down to the lobby where we waited 15 minutes for another room. Got a new room on the first floor. Beds had one thin blanket on the bed. It was 30 degrees out and freezing. We were looking forward to getting warm. Called the front desk for another blanket. They never brought it. Not a great experience after a 10 hour drive.got down to breakfast at 8:30, most everything was empty. Will stay elsewhere in the future. Front desk agent said she would look into a discount but never heard anything else about that. Oh well lesson learned.

The room was not very clean. The comforter was not on the bed - perhaps because it was stained and gross looking. The bathroom floor looked dirty and there was water in the ice bucket along with a dirty plastic cup sitting next to it. There also was not much hot water for showering. Overall it needed a good cleaning and perhaps new bedding.

It was clean enough but we had no remote, towels, coffee condiments, and the bath water was lukewarm and wouldn’t get any warmer
when we went to breakfast the next morning their were two people trying to get breakfast who weren’t guest. one left the other wouldn’t and a fight started in the lobby between the person and the hostess. Security was called but did not get their in time to stop the non guest. Very scared

The staff was excellent--kind and cheerful.
The room was clean and we couldn't hear any hallway noise.
There wasn't anything the hotel could do about this but our room was right next to the interstate. We ended up turning the fan on and it helped drown out the noise and we slept great.

Right off I-40 at the western edge of Albuquerque. Staff was extremely considerate.
1) Hallways and elevators could be freshened up a bit. 2) Really don’t like how the windows with low sills slide open on upper floors. LONG way down for kids these days who have no sense due to video game addiction.

Location is great and staff is very friendly and accommodating.
For starters, The room was absolutely horrible. It was dirty, and there was no plug-ins. It was the accessible room, and it didn't look like it had been stayed in for years. It had a really bad dusty smell, and there is also no refrigerator or microwave in the accessible room. It was also dead center of the hotel. Which does not really work for walking if you have breathing problems and no wheelchair. We have stayed in this hotel before and the rooms have been pretty decent. So maybe it was just the accessible room that was so horrible. But do not book The accessible room on the first floor because it was horrible.

The desk clerk was friendly and tried to do the best with what she had.
Our TV didn't work and we were told it was a network issue but it never came back on properly. We had driven all day and just wanted to unwind for a short time with the TV. I was put on hold twice for over a half hour at the front desk. When I went down to see if I could talk in person the line was very long, multiple people with complaints. The handle on the bathroom sink came off whenever it was touched, could never turn off the water properly. The back door didn't work with a room key and was always locked, very inconvenient. I was told I would get some sort of refund, we will see if that happens?
