Good breakfast, comfortable bed and good-sized room!

Breakfast was good, TV is visible from the sofa bed and the bed. The king size bed was comfortable with large pillows.

The right size of the bed did not have a bedside table and the lamp did not work. A better door to the bathroom and put towel rails on the vast unused wall in the bathroom.

The hotel was great; felt safe in a scary part of town. Staff must’ve been having a hard week.

Person who checked me in was rude; stated he hated people who used Booking.com to book as well as hating helping Native Americans because we are so rude. I’m sorry I suffer from RBF and I apologize for any Native American that was rude; however I was not being rude. There is no excuse for you to have carried your previous experiences onto me.

Conveniently located, pet friendly, and the rooms have a great layout!

We like to stay in this hotel when we attend performances at the Popejoy theater because it’s so close to the university, and we like to travel with our pet parrot who is welcome here! Also, the kids love the pool and breakfast!

We were awakened at 5:30 by a call from the front desk that our car had been broken into. It had just happened. The back window was smashed, glass everywhere, and many items stolen before a traveler came out and stopped the thief. the thief got into his car and sped off. We were told at check-in that the car was safe if we parked out front-which we did. There was an armed guard who apparently did not see or do anything-he did watch as my husband started cleaning up he glass. we filed an online police report-and have not heard back from police. A very bad way to begin our cross-country trip.

Would look elsewhere the next time I pass through Albuquerque

Our room smelled like a sewer and the mattress on the bed had collapsed and was well overdue to be replaced. For the price, I felt it was $50-75 too high. Breakfast wasn't great either.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING!!!! Súper quiet, spacious, comfortable, built in kitchen! One of the best places we have ever stayed. Surpassed expectations!

Very comfortable and friendly place to stay.

The room was wonderfully spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The breakfast was extensive with a beautiful lobby to sit in. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning/heat unit in the room was very noisy. The bed was uncomfortably close to the air intake which made it very difficult for my husband to sleep

Nice staff, unclear how you check someone in and then lose their reservations.

Staff was extremely helpful and worked hard to correct the reservation, check in issues.

I was checked out of my room without notice on day one, when we had 3-day reservations. My reservations were lost, i had my belongings in my room. Keys quit working each day so i had to keep activating them.
