Nightmare!

Not one thing

The elevator didn’t work for the 3rd floor, there was puke in the pool, our room was dirty, the a/c unit didn’t work and no one at the facilities gave a crap about helping us.

Friendly staff, nice big rooms, very clean. The room we had could sleep 6 people.

The parking lot is a little someone hauling a trailer.

No shower, no sleep

The check in clerk was very nice and bubbly.

Let's start with the "clean reviews" There were "dust bunnies" in corners in the lobby and at the elevator. The elevator floor had major scuff marks and had an "odor" about it. The room itself was very clean and nice and big , as we spent the extra to get the King bed suite. BUT ....after a very long day/night driving all my wife and I wanted was a nice shower and quiet sleep....we got neither. As we were walking down the hallway to our room we heard a banging and rattling sound, not knowing where it was coming from but it got louder as we approached our room, then it stopped. It turned out to be the AC unit for the hallway, which was right outside our room, and would make that noise every 10 minutes for about 20 seconds each time it shut off. So not a quiet night. Then the shower.... I turned on the water and pulled the spout for the shower and water came gushing out all around the spout on the shower walls and onto the floor. It was usable.....so no shower.... Long night got longer.

Overall it was good.

Great and clean, good breakfast, but the location was sketchy. The parking lot had signs to make sure you take your valuables with you and to not lock them in the car.

Swimming pool, work out room , the Elevator was all down the breakfast was not good the cook was bad and rude

The location was like not the same it seats in the area of a old dennys restaurant the place is where homeless people stay

Well worth it, would stay again

The property was nice and well worth the price. The inside of the building and room was all redone and was very nice, although the neighborhood wasn’t too great. But honestly the staff was so nice it didn’t even matter.

The location, the neighborhood it was in wasn’t the best.

It was phenomenal

We were so impressed from the minute we checked in the staff that checked us in was fantastic. The staff that checked us out was great The room was exceptional. Absolutely loved the wood floors without carpet I asked for a ground floor and received it. The updates are phenomenal.

Horrible p

Staff were nice

Did not sleep because doors were slamming all night long. (Next hotel we stayed in the doors wouldn’t slam…..invest in new doors) The walls r paper thin and noise travels. Was a horrible place to stay if u need rest.

We liked the staff and the breakfast.

The entrance needs to be better marked as it can be passed easily. It also needs to be repaved. It was being remodeled, but should be done soon.

pleasant but upsetting

The property was nice and the workers were very pleasant!

The security was no where to be found! when we woke up and went to the car found out that our carrier was literally cut off the car and stolen! Now we had to add extra stop and spend extra money to replace some of things that were in there!

La Quinta great stay.

When we got there in the evening around 8:10 PM I was greeted by Raymond and he was very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Then the manager was up there as well and unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was very kind. They both made every effort to make us comfortable.

The breakfast could have been better.
