ROACH MOTEL..

When we got there the outside looked shabby, not kept up, went in room and unpacked, turned tv on and wouldn’t do anything, got manager who said there was no one there to fix it and she could move us to another room around back..thankfully we were in the front ground floor as there was no elevator..so evidently she knew nothing g about satellite dishes so we declined the room move as we’d already unpacked and we fixed the tv ourselves by unplugging it and replugging it in and it worked so that was alright but then we were sitting on the bed relaxing and hubby said he thought he saw what looked like a roach..I moved the phone and the roach was under there and I killed it, hubby opened door to nightstand and there were roaches in there..so I told hubby I can handle an old unkept motel but I cannot stand the thought of roaches crawling on us when the lights went out so we told the manager we wanted a refund as we were finding a new motel she said to contact booking.com for a refund so I sent a message to booking.com and have not heard as of yet if I don’t get refunded I will no longer use booking.com and they shouldn’t even have this motel listed as a place to get a room

Roaches, property not kept up, manager couldn’t fix our tv, was supposed to be nonsmoking but u could smell cigarettes when you went to sign in..don’t know if it was from the manager or who..nasty place and manager didn’t seem surprised when we said we wanted a refund d and was leaving…you’d think they would at least have an exterminator coming once a month

Not even decent considering it's a cheap hotel.

I was charged more at the hotel then this confirmation gave me. There was trash left everywhere around the walkways.

Location is good

1. Sink water not goes down. I tried to call lobby but nobody answer. I went there and was informed that I needed to change the room with 2 single bed… without any discount… I wanted to ask money back but it was already 22:30 and not sure if I could find another hotel 2. No Microware and refrigerator… I should checked during the booking, but I believed those items was minimum of minimum

Some rooms are as bad as you’ll find anywhere; some rooms are refurbished.

We were first given a room that was really bad…not what we had reserved, a/c not working, no fridge, floor not clean, water discoloured, and the phone didn’t give an option to speak to the front desk. Even though it was midnight, we thought we’d need to just leave. However, eventually we got moved and the room was much better.

Very security conscious. Some guests loud etc.

The bed was big and comfortable, the room was perfect size with all that was needed for the 2 night stay.

Police at least patroled parking lot.

Supposed to be non smoking place, rooms stunk like stale cigarette smoke! At 3:00am Car full pulls up and park by our door and do there thing for couple hours. Throw garbage out onto the parking lot before leaving. Cops made a pass through, never even stop to question them on what was going on. Place needs to be gutted and updated including adding staff that provides security to the property. Was not a comfortable night to get some rest after driving 14 hours.

I had a peaceful night something I haven't had in a while

It was quiet the bed was very comfortable the shower was very hot and the pressure of the shower was very very good the temperature of the room was perfect when I walked in again overall I will stay there again.

The price was a little high $77 is a lot for just overnight with no refrigerator or microwave

The rubber trim around the floorboards were coming off in our room, the room was t i n y, and it didn’t have air conditioning.

Beds were pretty comfortable. Overall felt safe. Good hotel for a quick sleep on the road.

The hotel is “non-smoking” but the room and sheets smelled terribly of smoke. The pictures make it look updated but it’s not. Wasn’t as clean as I’d prefer, stuff on the floor, and just overall well used, chips in things etc.

Surely Cheap! But You Will Pay the Price

Fantastic price for a 2-night stay All staff were very nice Seemingly safe area Comfortable king-sized bed Large carpet covering the wood floor

The bathroom was tiny, and the doorknob fell off right away Floor not covered by carpet was sticky Mystery stains covering the bed (Probably not a mystery, but I'd like to pretend) Crazy water pressure - go to wash your hands and you're getting your clothes wet too

Close to Airport and Secure

Clean and comfortable bed. This room was much quieter than the one on Thursday night. Great water pressure and lots of hot water.

Wish you had a microwave in the rooms! Towels are small and thin but clean.
