Disgusting

Cockroach in the bathroom alive on last day. Extremely humid airplane size pillows yellow stained mattress blood splats on comforter public hairs in bathroom stains on lamp shades

It was horrible

Charged me an extra $250 for smoking fee, when I literally complained to front desk about a strong smell of cigarettes coming from my bathroom and asked them to change my room. I’m not even a smoker!

Very short (under 12 hrs) but very good overall.

Breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs, and waffles. We checked in late Saturday night and I was disappointed to find a used towel on the bathroom floor and a small amount of trash in the wastebasket. I mentioned this to the desk clerk at checkout Sunday morning and he immediately apologized and assured me the issue would be addressed. He also gave me a 15% discount..

You get a good value for the price.

Breakfast was great with good selection for the price. Breakfast area was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient for me.

Desk in room looked like it hadn't been wiped. The desk chair was so old that the fake leather was dissolving and falling off.

Didn’t sleep well because of machine noise.

Very noisy room next to the ice machine. It’s not the ice machine, but there something very loud that came on and off every 20 minutes. Made it difficult to sleep.

Fact that it was right off expressway made room very noisy if you turned off air conditioning.

Good value in Lexington

Room was nice and clean. Staff was absolutely amazing. They were all so friendly and personable. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to write home about, but it was free so we didn't expect Michelin star lol. Decent value. Would stay again

I was quoted $59 for the room but my card was charged $114! front desk said it was not their problem and it just have been the rates changed .. ( on a Monday?!) They gave me a number to call corporate that sends you to someone that keeps picking up phone and hanging up on me. Never stay here

It was nice to have a place to stay, but for the price i though it would be more updated.

It was close to our destination.

For the price we paid for one night, it was a little out dated. The door to our room didn’t latch unless you slammed the door. It seemed like all the door had the same issue as we heard every door slam.

Clean, updated hotel with friendly staff. Good value too.

The staff were so friendly and helpful - every staff member I met was genuine and kind. Great variety of breakfast options. Nice room, updated decor and very clean.

Everything was great- no complaints.
