Near to highway. Dunkin Donuts within walking distance since free breakfast not worth eating
Housekeeping continually lacks doing the job right. First day left bag full of trash on desk in room and didn’t fill coffee or coffee cups. Didn’t have bathmat so they used a crappy towel that wasn’t one of their bath towels. The next day left me with no coffee or cups at all and I had to go to the front desk at 8:30 pm to get some

Good sized room, good location and provision of breakfast was good. Reasonable value.
Nothing to dislike.

It was in a good place for the work locations.
It was noisy and old in need of updating

The staff was great and location was ideal. The room was large and wifi was excellent. This place has potential.
The building is tired. Carpets were worn and stained. Amenities in the room were old. The building needs to be upgraded - and it looks like that is happening. I hope you decide to upgrade the whole building.

Room was very clean and spacious. The door was missing the piece that allows the door not to open all the way if someone opens it from the hallway. The bed was comfortable but extremely high. I am 6' and if I sat on the bed, my feet were at least 6-7 inches off the ground.
Hotel under renovation. All the hallway carpets were dirty and I expect they will be the last things to get replaced when the renovation comes to a close. It just happened that they oved the breakfast area in the basement under the main lobby during the renovation. They were using a jackhammer during that time and very loud in the basement. All the staff down there were wearing ear plugs.

Bed was comfy and the water coming from the shower was good
The hallway carpets are dirty, the lobby area is under construction plus the hallway has a musty smell. You have to go to the rear of the building to find the secret side door to go to check in

Location
Was not alerted that hotel was under renovation. Could not access lobby due to there was none. Followed signs to rear of hotel to use a rear access. My husband and I are handicapped and I use a walker. Opened the rear door to find a full set of concrete stairs. I called the property and explained the problem and stated that I wanted to cancel my two day stay due to not being able to access the handicapped room we had reserved. Since I was to pay at the property, I stated that I did not want a penalty for late cancelation since there was no notification that there was not a handicapped access to the property. I was told that my card was charged that morning. I stated that I wanted a full refund and was told that we would have to wait since the manager would not be there until Tuesday. I was directed to a side door that had three cement steps and I was able, with difficulty to get into the building. Followed the signs through unfinished dusty cement hallway to a makeshift office that was being used as front desk. There was no apology for the lack of access and I stated that we would need assistance with our bags. They did bring in our two bags and the room was adequate, but the smell of cement dust permeated the area. We left to go to dinner and I asked if we needed to use our key card to access the side door to enter the building and was told no, that the door was left ajar for entrance. Questioned how secure that was and was told that there was a security guard that did rounds???. The next day we were gone for the entire day into the evening. As we passed the "front desk" I informed that we did not need anyone to service the room. When we returned that evening I stopped at the desk and to get additional towels as my husband went to unlock the room, to find that our room was open. Someone had left the deadbolt arm in between the door and door jam.

They didn’t give me the room with two beds, they changed for a room with one bed and little couch. Moreover, the bathroom door doesn’t closed

It was convenient for our needs
Under renovation which we weren’t told about. Had to enter side door. No lobby. Breakfast in basement. Weekend room rates way too high !!

The bed was comfortable
The shower was good
The breakfast was good
The staff was nice
There was no mention anywhere on the website that there was construction being done. The sign said to check in go in back door. Well it looked pretty creepy. No markings saying to enter here. Had no idea what we were walking into. We were tired after a long day of driving and school orientation just wanted to sleep but the construction went on until 9pm with drilling and banging.

Nothing
Unfriendly staff, dirty carpets, hot rooms, house keeping sucks.

Ok. I booked a room for 1 night about 3 hours before arriving. When I arrived the entire lobby was vacant and under construction.
Also, There was nobody in the "Business Center " to check me in.
Also, the room smelled faintly like smoke and poo. There was skid marks in the toilet.
The air conditioner was blasting and the window was left unlocked.
When I arrived and found nobody manning the "Business Center" I called down the hall. There were two men outside a guest room down the hall who ignored me. So I phoned. When the phone on the "Business Center" started ringing one of these men came running to answer the phone. He booked me into (I believe) was the same room he and the other man were either in or just hanging out infront of The other man looked like a maintenance worker. He walked by me during checking in with a cigarette in his mouth and greeted me in a very creepy way. When I entered the room I obviously put locked the door and put furniture infant of it. When I check the window it was unlocked and the creepy man was outside about 40 feet away from me smoking a cigarette. I was on the first floor. I did not spend the night. I left.

The location was close to the family I was visiting.
I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t speak to that, room was right next to the fitness center and was very noisy. I asked to be moved and was told they were completely booked. Room was pretty beat up and the blinds didn’t close completely so the sunlight woke me up bright and early. A/C wasn’t working right either but the room wasn’t UNcomfortable, just not as cold as I like.

The location was convenient. The breakfast was very good, and replenished as needed. The lady in charge of the breakfast was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable, as well as the pillows.
The bathroom, specifically the shower, was dirty. The carpets in general, in the room as well as the corridors were real dirty. We have some noisy neighbors too.
