Nice getaway!

Pool was enjoyable. Security is a pain in the butt.

Kinda expensive for Laughlin. Everything is extra. Early check in, resort fee, refrigerator in room. Come on?

Very nice and enjoyable. That’s why I prefer to stay there.

The casino staff was great. Spacious room, very clean.

The elavators were a mess my whole family missed fireworks being locked out of the room for 3 hours

We will try another hotel our next visit to Laughlin.

We love that this has been home away from home we also love Carnegies.

We come every summer always get a decent room, this last visit our room was very small by the back door in a dark area and it was just creepy. When I asked to get moved they said that the room I paid was full and the only way we can get moved was to upgrade, however we book from booking.com and always get the room you had us pay extra. The shower curtain was on the floor and took them over a hour to get a clean one. the linen on the bed was a mess and they said that they were going to comp us the upgrade fee and they didn't so at check out we had to talk to somebody to get it removed. Just extra steps we never had to deal with before.

An OK stay for the price

The hotel room was clean, spacious and exactly as described on online.

When we arrived there was no bellhop. After notifying the front desk and providing my DL, we were given a bellhop cart and transport our luggage to the room. We didn't think we needed to bring the cart back to the front desk until possible the next day since we arrived to the hotel late a night, we simply left the cart in the hotel hallway. Someone took the cart, and then we get a knock on our door asking us where the cart is like we have it in the room or something. The room barely had enough outlets to charge phones. We asked for a handicap accessible room, this did not meet our standards Rooms outdated

I would never stay there again! Nasty dirty room.

location to concert was great.

The room was dirty, had to ask for towels, coffee and ice bucket. The shower handle was leaking constantly, i don’t believe the hotel has ever been remodeled or even kept up to date as far as the rooms are. not even a usb port.

Location was good

Room was not very clean the amount of dust build up on the corners was very noticeable and when I went to pull covers back on bed right away could see garbage at head of bed on floor and large amount of dust

No bedspread

The bed was good, room was clean.

No bedspread, one chair. No table and chairs to eat at. No microwave or refrigerator for my Husbands shots. We had to meet the maide in the hall for towels, soap, coffee, soap, etc. Our maide was great!

Price was good, property was old and run down

The price fir the room was good and overall the staff was really pleasant

So night #1 our TV did not work. It was a scrambled up mess. They came to fix it on the 2nd night but no luck. Ultimately they switched our room. Night 3 in our new "upgraded" room. There were empty water bottles under the bed that were never cleaned and the toilet did not work. They had to come in again and fix that. Would not stay here again

I loved the parking access, the food after hours inside the hotel, the restaurants, the bed was especially soft and comfortable, the room was clean and neat and the facilities overall were up to par I would give 5 stars

overall we did enjoy our stay at The Tropicana.

staff very nice and beds comfortable

one of my rooms the hotel keys did not work twice and we had to go a get new set which is an inconvenience when your exhausted.
