Not at all satisfied and would like a partial refund or discount off a future stay.

The Bed was comfortable and I slept well because I checked in late and I was really tired from a long day of traveling.

Both the night checkin staff and the morning staff were unpleasant to deal with. Unfriendly. The main issue was there was NO HOT WATER!!!! I complained at checkout and the clerk said the boiler was off. She said I would need to contact the owner for discount or to complain. No empathy at all. Also there was a plumbing issue. Toilet would barely flush and there were dead roaches in the shower.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced. Manager (Ken) was awesome to work with.

The woman at the check in was rude and unfriendly

People in parking lot were very loud, music playing. Made it hard to sleep.

Without the roaches, leaking toilet with puddle on the floor and rude receptionist it was ok

I like that it was quiet

I didn’t like the attitude of the front desk. The cleaning lady bust into our room even with the note on the door

Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Located great for my needs

Could use better curtains. I'm a day sleeper and would have liked the room to be darker.

Never stay there again.

Convenience on/ off highway.

Had to wait in small room to check in. Staff not friendly. Asked maid staff to pick up a tissue that was on bathroom floor when we got there, was still there when we left. Bed not made.

It was okay. I wouldn’t stay every time.

The bed was soft and the shower was hot!

The sink was dripping water, I had to kill a bug in my room, and the hair dryer on the wall didn’t work even after pushing test and reset buttons

We were given 2 towels for 4 people. I asked for more and I was told by front desk u get what u get. The air conditioner didn’t blow out any air so we were hot all night. I couldn’t sleep with the flat pillows so I was restless all night. I stay here every year and this is the first time I was very disappointed.
