Necklace never turned up

I left a relatively expensive necklace in my room, that I've had for years. I remember leaving it on the floor. It was a foolish mistake of mine. However, when I called to retrieve it, it had apparently not shown up in the lost and found. There's not much recourse I can have here. Ultimately, that individual just has to deal with the damage to their integrity that thieving does. So I'm writing a poor review, and I hope the staffer eventually gets caught, for this or another incident as it will undoubtedly happen again.

Well needed relaxing alone time with my husband

It was very clean and neat. Everything smelled nice. Parking was easy.

Friendly staff. Spacious hotel room. Lobby bar and great outdoor space. Comfortable beds.

Towel had a stain. No body wash in the bath had to ask for a new bottle. House keeping never checked if we need more towels or anything for the room.

Never again

Did not stay because of the front desk representative's attitude.

The night auditor's attitude gave me attitude before I could check in my room. She wouldn't open the door to the hotel when I arrived with my children at 12am. She asked me through the glass door if I was a guest of the hotel instead of opening the door. After she finally opened the door she had a serious attitude in checking us in. We just left because I was tired and so were my kids. Never again with this hotel and it was our first time.

The staff was very kind and friendly, even though the receptionist told me some wrong information about payment that she had no clue about

The parking gets full very fast, didn't like having to park across the street in an open, and unsurvalianced parking lot

Beautiful hotel in a great location.

YNice location and very nice room. It was spacious and clean.

Shampoo dispenser was empty and could not get any from staff after calling down to the front desk and asking the Cleaning staff. Also needed to call the front desk various times to find out Internet code and what time check out. None of this information was in the room.

Location was great for what we were there for. Parking was tight in the actual parking spots but they had a parking area across the street. That was great for our truck. Room was nicely furnished clean. Enjoyed our stay.

The food and beverage manager at the bistro was very friendly and the food was good

Checkin staff complained about having to work the whole weekend. The shower curtain was filthy, bottom foot was orange mold

my stay was undesirable and a waste of money

I was not able to stay at the property even though this is what I booked weeks in advance. when I arrived the employee said we were booked and can go to another Marriott 10 minutes down the road, he also said it was better. the Marriott was 18 minutes down the road and in fact not better. they also said they weee book and we received a room with 1 bed even though that is not what we booked. although it was not the second hotel fault that we went through this it is only this hotel “courtyard by Marriott Richmond Scott addition” I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I’ve never been through this and will never in my life stay at another Marriott-

Was basically kicked out, wasted my money.

Overall I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend and I plan to stay there again.

the environment and the hotel itself was really nice!

I kept getting complaints about noise we weren't making. it was an adult party in the room right above us. we got a call to the room after 1am and had someone come to our door after that only to find out it wasn't us.

Breakfast was incredible.....staff was great

We were put next to a family with 2 crying kids...parents were worse....twerking in the hallway ay 1130pm and clearly ignoring screaming kids....front desk should NOT have put anyone next to this room. Location is good next to the city etc, BUT we heard cars racing up and down the street right next to the hotel...at midnight....hotel staff are aware it's a perpetual issue...ask for a room NOT on the problem street.

annoying, inconvenient, expensive and not well run.

not enough parking so had to park in weird lot across busy street with no lights. insanely was not told at any point that housekeeping only comes every three days until we got back late in the evening to no clean towels, coffee pods, cups in room and was told that fact and that we had to go back to lobby to pick up what we needed. Also super overpriced for being on the side of heavy traffic road.

Good stay - very clean and great location. Will come back again.

Loved that the rooms were clean.

The room air conditioners were noisy and worked erratically. I couldn’t figure out how to regulate the temperature. And our doors did not operate very well - it stuck and was very loud when closing.
