Highly disappointed

There was none

I didn’t see food there. It was an overnight stay. When I woke up I took a shower had some red bumps on chest. I thought it was from shower gel I was using. The next day I checked again & the bumps were still there. Look bumps up & they were bed bugs. I checked with others that stayed & another friend son had bumps on him as well. I made a complaint & someone said they would be in contact. That was 3 wks ago haven’t heard from no one from hotel. This is not Sanitary

The rooms could have been a little bigger to meet the cost. Breakfast also should be included to all but was not.

Aside from the room not being very handicap accessible, the hotel and staff were amazing!

The hotel was great. Beds were comfortable. The staff was amazing.

This was a handicap accessible room but I had to interrupt my son on his wedding night and day after to get me off of the toilet. The room says handicap accessible and there were bars in the room, but I still could not survive alone in this room which was very disappointing especially with the price I paid. I hated that I had to interrupt him on his wedding night/morning

Disappointing

The service was poor, I had the rooms got two days and never saw room service. There were died flies in my room and the room seemed in clean. There was a broken dresser draw that kept coming out causing a hazard and possible trip or fall.

there is a pool and kids were playing loudly at 10:30 at night. should probably have it monitored or closed after 9:00.

The property met our needs and was a pleasure experience. Would stay there again! And recommend to others.

We were in town due to a death in the family and the staff was very kind, caring & considerate. It was much appreciated by all the family!

For one night it was fine, but expected better from a Hilton chain

The hotel was very nice, comfortable rooms, nice facilities and the staff was nice. Great location with ample parking.

The coffee maker in the room did not work and the shower head was awful -- no force at all.
